I went to go buy a lightbulb today for my headlight and asked the employees if they could help me install it. They lied and said that they couldn’t do it because the tank for my windshield wiper fluid was in the way on one side and a metal bar was in the way on the other side. Not in the mood to argue, I went into my car and looked up a YouTube video and then got out and started to do it myself when another customer comes up to me to tell me that the employees inside can do it for me. I told the other customer what happened and how I’m just going to do it myself even though I don’t know what I’m doing and could damage something. The other customer decided to be a good Samaritan and do it for me in less than 5 minutes. I guess the employee just didn’t feel like helping a customer today and because I’m a girl he thought I wouldn’t know any better.

This AutoZone is so hit or miss. The girl at the counter is totally not personable. Very dismissive staff. I grabbed a Ozium odor eliminator and it rang up wrong. I told her about it and her response was, “is the tag expired.” That’s your job! Meanwhile she’s having a full blown conversation with another employee about how they just lost another customer because they lied about having a part in stock and it wasn’t. They couldn’t care less. Just shop at Advance. Less stress. Over an air freshener!

Called before going to the store to see about getting my car battery checked. Spoke with Mike. He told me to come down, and he would help me. He came right out as soon as I got there and checked everything out. He was very nice and professional.

It was my first time visiting this location, and it turned out to be a great experience. On a rainy day, one of my windshield wipers broke, and Ben quickly came to my aid. He not only recommended the best replacement wipers for my vehicle, but he also went above and beyond and installed them for me. Ben was friendly, courteous, and genuinely eager to help, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits!
