These categories typically include maintenance parts (filters, fluids, belts, hoses), electrical components (batteries, starters, alternators), braking system parts, engine components, lighting, and various accessories and tools. The store is usually well-lit and designed for easy navigation. AutoZone Auto Parts Customer Reviews

Great customer service! They were very busy but took the time to talk about the car problem. Joseph, installed the battery and he was awesome. Highly recommend this store.

They went above and beyond and made sure I could get the job done even when the delivery option wasn't working on their site. Best parts store ever!

The gentleman that help me today at the Alliance store was very helpful and professional when looking for proper tools to change my daughter's tire... the tire iron that came with the car is worthless. Very appreciative of his advice as I am by means a mechanic.

I don't ever give negative reviews, but my lord the laziness of the manager on duty that day, just continues to grind my gears. And I've been chewing on this for about a week. Now I'm a manager, and can be lazy so I'm not on my high horse. So imma paint the picture.I go to your store. The cashier was very friendly. She greeted me and was very nice. Another younger gentleman again greets me and very nice. I knew what I wanted went and seen a giant yellow sign that says 20% off when you buy 2. Wow my lucky day cause I needed 2. Thought was gonna be a simple in and out, but that's where the lovely manager comes into play. They didn't ring up 20% off, both the girl and guy go read the sign come look at register and said let's get the manager it should ring up. Now the lady in red, I'm assuming is the manager on duty cause they go to her, is within ear shot anyways almost already plotting her moment to make her crew look like they don't know what they are doing, The manager replies to the girl, I don't know go Read what the sign says. The bright yellow sign that says 20% off in black if you buy 2. And the girl trying to help me walks back over to reread this sign, and the lady in red continues to lean up against the counter. So at this point I've been waiting pry 5 to 10 minutes just to save $5 which was worth more to me so I politely asked the girl to just ring me out I wanna leave, the other kid then tries to help again , all the while lady in red still leaning against the counter ,not on the phone helping a customer, just leaning there not wanting to train or do customer service, or even come give me a lame reason like they forgot to take sale down, or deal with my now boiling Irish blood that heard u get smart with the girl and then not wanna come train her and shoot looks at me as I try to check out cause I didn't know if I could get cross town to Oh Oh Oh O'Reilly which is where I'll be taking my buisness.
