Went tonight to get a bulb for my headlight. Charles was very helpful over the phone when I called and in person, helping Felipe look for the right bulb. Felipe was kind, knowledgeable and offered to change the bulb for me right away. He immediately took my old bulb out to make sure I bought one with the side connector and took time to explain the difference in the levels of bulbs and color fields. Both Charles and Felipe made this experience easy and enjoyable for me and I am most grateful! I recommend their customer service to all. I will gladly return for future needs.

Charles, Logan and Daniel were my angels today! I stopped in to have the battery tested, because my dash lights have been slow to turn on when starting recently, and the battery decided to fully die while I was in the store buying a replacement. These gentlemen tried several times to jump start the car and never gave up until they had it started so I could get to the repair shop. I can’t thank them enough for their help!

The manager today was amazing / she was extremely busy and managed her duties well. My son bought a battery about 6 months ago and it failed, ofcourse we couldn't find the reciept. She quickly delegated someone to go out and test the battery and soon after they dertimed it was bad. She found our record of purchase it was under my son's number after I told her it was under my number which delayed the process. ( my bad). She attempted to go out there and change it, I told her let us do it, so my son could get a little experience on changing a battery. The best part of this experience was everything went well from the drive to the store to moment we got home with a brand new car battery for FREE. Thank you autozone, for such great customer service!
