Tasha is an amazing, hard dedicated worker! She has always been able to assist me with my projects. I recently purchased a clunker and I was talking with her about the radiator. She informed me of clips on the bottom that would hold it in! She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing!! Thank you Tasha for all your help!

The young lady answered the phone and actually had my item ready for me as she had clocked out when I arrived at the store, and she still made sure I was good before she left work.

So I keep on getting the run-around about a piece that I bought for a tune-up. I purchased 8 spark plugs and a six pack of coils and two separate. The manager told me to come back and pick up the coil. So I was finally able to have time in my schedule being that I have a job. I go up there today, mind you this is my third attempt to get merchandise that I have already paid for . So I'm wondering why I'm being treated like I'm trying to get over on somebody. Another employee told me to come back in the morning to speak to not the assistant, the manager I'm sorry the store manager to receive a part that you pay for. At this point I feel like for me to have to come up here 4 times is an inconvenience to me being a loyal customer. I feel like I should be compensated with some type of discount being that I paid for the merchandise already. So tomorrow I will be coming up there in the morning to see if I will be inconvenience yet again I will bring all the merchandise that I purchased and the receipt since its been made very apparent that im liying. I feel like I can never get a head without someone using colorism to dictate my character as a human being. But "Its above me" So ill be there in the morning to see if im proved wrong and not judged by what type of customer service I get base on how I look. After this I feel like I cant shop at AutoZone anymore even with a receipt.

It was perfect finding a drain plug for my oil pan an when I asked this girl drinking a monster she said yes she can help me try an find it I show her a picture an she even zooms in on it my fingers an squeezing a tube I need but she says if I can cut a piece off to see how thick it is an when I do that's an come back in to the store she tells me oh no we don't have that it looked bigger in the picture an now the guy helping me says yeah if anything they should have it at pick a part but it's already 4an they close an the place the told me cuz my stuff can't help me thanks AutoZone
