AutoZone Auto Parts

The staff is very, very knowledgeable on car part that you may need. They will even hook up a scanner to your car for free to read any check engine lights. They do free wiper blade installation and battery 🔋 battery replacements. The inside is always spotless and the outside too. I love coming to this Autozone. Keep up the great 👍 👌 work guy 👦 and gals 👧 👏 👍.

My son and I just visited the Flushing AutoZone due to the "check engine light" appearing on his vehicle. We had a very knowledgeable conversation with both Mark and Brandon. Mark tested the vehicle and discovered two issues it was having. Brandon assisted Mark in helping us determine the parts that were needed to repair the vehicle and what our next step should be. Both Mark and Brandon were extremely informative and professional. We highly recommend AutoZone in Flushing as a great place to go for parts and any questions you might have about your own vehicle. We are so grateful Mark and Brandon and their patience with us and our many questions!

I know absolutely nothing about cars & Brandon was so helpful & nice when I had to keep coming in for questions & answered ALL my excessive question nicely and patiently even though at the time he was helping a lot of people in between. I ended up having to leave and pick up my brother to get something unscrewed & even though my brother was going to do everything, Brandon came out and did everything anyway even though he totally didn’t have to. Top notch employee for sure.

I believe this location has hired some new people because what used to be a great store has gone downhill fast. As a business owner, I'd be horrified if one of my staff treated a customer how I was treated in this store yesterday. I came in to get a new battery for my car which I was told required "professional installation". I've changed the battery myself twice previously in this car without any issues. However, I was recently in a horrible car accident and have been having issues with my carpal tunnel ever since, and didn't want to change the battery myself this time. I even offered to pay extra for installation. The woman behind the counter told me that they "do not have enough staff working right now to install the battery" I was the ONLY customer in the store, and there were three employees (that I saw, there could have been more). I ended up getting a battery elsewhere and unfortunately had to install it myself, which took me all of 10 minutes, even with my carpal tunnel. These people have no business working in an auto parts store. What if an elderly person needed some assistance with a battery? Someone who has more of a physical limitation than I had? If you can't install a battery, don't work at the auto parts store.

I hate shopping for Autoparts especially for my vehicle which has 10 different parts for everything. So on 5-17-25 I head up to AutoZone on Pierson Road. I talk to a man by the name of Brandon ( the store manager) omg does he know his stuff. Another man by the name of Mark helped me to. Absolutely wonderful people. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Took care of my return and got me what I needed! Brandon thank you so much for everything you did for me!!

Im writing this on behalf of my dad who couldn't say enough about his great experience. My dad has had great luck with vehicles, never needing to use AutoZone and only going to the dealership for routine maintenance. When a check engine light came on, he was nervous. Not even knowing AutoZone could check engine lights, he decided to stop in and see how they could help. He said Ms.J hooked the reader up for him and explained all it was doing. Then back in the store, Brandon was able to go into detail about what the problem might be and possible solutions. He went on and on about the fantastic experience and help Brandon provided, saying he even showed him the different tool options, how they work, etc. Finally, Brandon instructed on different ways to get the check engine light off and "Sure enough! A week later, it was gone" dad said. They even spoke about the simpler times of sitting in the fender to work on cars and how it's so different now. Brandon, thank you SO much for easing my dad's worries, taking such great care of your customers, and most importantly for providing a full experience that they will certainly go around sharing! It was heart warming to hear this story.
