A nice place to come to for car stuff. The staff is helpful and courteous and professional and have very good customer skills. I want to personally give thanks to Ms Loreen, she was very courteous and professional and went the extra mile helping me with an issue I was having with my car.

I was late for work. And of course my car wouldn’t start!!I jumped it, went to the mechanic and he said that the battery wasn’t that old! He was right! So I called Autozone. Loreen picked up. If you don’t know her, go meet her! It was like talking to an old friend. I told her my issue, she asked me a couple questions and said yes, you just got this, August of last year! Come in and we’re going to change it for you! And they did! Ms. Loreen, thank you for your super friendly, welcoming and professional disposition. In a time of potential crisis, you came through. Best Autozone hands down!!! Customer service is amazing, all of the employees are super helpful & welcoming with customers & with one another. Leslie is one of the workers here & she is top notch! She went above & beyond to accommodate me with my shopping experience.

Had a battery issue and David went above and beyond to help me. He went out with a device to test the battery out and he said it was no good had to get a new one. David helped me swap my old battery out he installed the new one. Best customer service by David. Thank You!
