Kaylee was incredible! We are traveling cross country and had to stop in Butte for an engine malfunction. We stopped at the store and she helped us figure out the issues, coached us on how to replace the ignition coil and spark plug. Even though the work ended up being pretty straightforward, we have no knowledge about car maintenance and it was super helpful that she told us how to replace the parts. She was patient with us while we used the code reader several times to make sure we did everything right. When she was busy with another customers, Chance was super helpful as well! We saved so much money because they were able to explain how to do it ourselves versus taking it to an auto body shop. We also witnessed their great customer service with other patrons and are incredibly thankful! Thank you Kaylee and Chance! Highly recommend anyone who visit this store to ask for either of them for assistance!

Love shopping here! Not only do they have the big 5 quart containers of Mobil1 0W-40 oil, they also carry the usual stuff like our fave brand of refrigerant and, bonus! Lots of fun car accessories like steering wheel covers, license plate frames, and stickers to jazz up your ride if you are on a whim for it. We were able to use our loyalty points toward a purchase and that is good, too, having their system keep track of it instead of our having to show a special email or coupon. Autozone is great!

I went into the Butte Montana store to get multiple items. I live over an hour away, chase helped me and was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely patient and explained everything in great detail and did not act like I was an inconvenience but rather took the time to thoroughly help me with everything I needed . There was a special going on, but they were out of the item that we're supposed to come with buying a certain item. And also I had to get a different filter.Then what was offered with the oil I purchased which gave a free filter.. When I got home, I noticed that I had gotten one of the items wrong. So almost 2 weeks later I finally made the over our drive back to Exchange the Item. And the person who helped me was James. The store manager. Not only did they exchange my item with no hassle, but also gave me the item.That was now in stock that I got for purchasing my other items the previous trip, as well as took care of me without me even asking as far as the filter.. i honestly cannot remember the last time. I got such over the top service, with the most amazing helpful people.. i don't care if the prices.There were ten times higher than anywhere else (which they are not) i would shop there because of the customer service.. Words cannot express my gratitude or my appreciation for the team. Add autozone, it really says a lot about the management.. 10 🌟 🌟 s all day long. I'm in such disbelief at the way I was treated and taken care of. The rest of the world needs to take notice of what they do and how they do it and follow their lead....
