Baker Towing & Repair

I took my jeep to them on sept.23. it was there 35 days. The work was never completed and it was delivered to me in Deer Lodge to the grocery store parking lot. I had no knowledge of it even being there. There was no key for it and it did not run. I paid $785.00 for a piss poor mechanic job that was supposed to take ten days. These people will rip you off. Stay away from Rich. He is bad and you can't believe a word he says. Very poor business.

I am traveling from Washington and had an issue with my lights. Stopped by on a busy Friday of a holiday weekend and they took the time to look at it and were able to quickly fix it so I can keep on going to my destination. Friendly staff and workers. Clearly showed me what was wrong and the fix options for it. I feel blessed for the help they provided. Highly recommend

Had an issue on I-90 coming into Butte. Called 3 different tow companies who all didn’t have anyone available at 10pm. Called this place and Rich was out within 20 minutes and even had a lower service call price than the others. I would only call him next time.

There lazy!! I made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped it off at 8:00. By 2:00 they haven't touched it. Why make an appointment if they don't intend to work on it until they feel like it. I will never go there again! I suggest taking your business somewhere else if you want good service. The receptionist is rude also.

Fair on price and professional. I was stuck in Butte and they came out on a Sunday even tho they aren't open till Monday. Jim was a great guy with a great attitude. I highly recommend them.
