This location needs a new code reader. When the technician read my code earlier, I noticed the reader terminal was taped up with electrical tape. After taking it to a shop with an engine computer, It revealed that the AutoZone store's reader is inaccurate. It states that I drive a 2019 dodge charger police interceptor with a faulty transmission temp sensor. I actually drive a 2014 Chevy Impala. And the code it displayed was also not accurate. The engine computer revealed it was actually due to a cylinder 3 misfire and a stuck thermostat. With that said, the customer service was great and everyone was very polite and helpful but they are flawed in the equipment they are provided with.

I was very disappointed on this occasion. I went in to get new headlight bulbs for an older model car because one went out and the other was so dim you couldn't see to fall down. I purchased two steps above what I already had and asked the gentleman waiting on me to install them (supposed to be part of the service). He came to the car and fiddled with the passenger one for a good 15 minutes or more. Then went to the driver's side. I was informed that it was hard to get to because the battery was in the way and unhooking the battery was too much work. So I took out my Gerber multi- tool and I unhooked the battery cables and set the battery on the sidewalk. The gentleman then continued to attempt to install the bulb. The clip was bent slightly, making the installation a bit difficult. It was close to closing time, so I was told it couldn't be done. This was the side that my headlight had gone out on! Needless to say, I had to sit right there in front of the store and proceed to change my own bulb, reinstall my battery and continue about my night. My dad was a mechanic and I thought to myself that he would have been proud of me, and I was proud of myself for completing the task. However, I was a bit perturbed when thinking 'what if that had been my son or daughter and they hadn't known what to do?' They would have had to either drive home with virtually no headlights or wait for someone else to come help them. If a store is not going to honor the commitments they advertise, they should not be allowed to put them on their storefront!

I went to this Autozone location particularly to return 3 items I bought about a week or two prior. I had luckily taken a picture of the receipt because the original copy had got wet in my pocket. Long story short I called and the lady said sure if you can read the reference. Numbers we'll put the cash back on the original card from which you used. Cool by me but once we go through the whole return process I find out they can't offer my money back because I didn't have my receipt. They was going to load it on an Autozone only gift card and it sort of pissed me off. I needed my money back and the fact that I was assured to get my money back when I called but could only get store credit! Wth ? I felt like they all but accused me of lying and like i could have just found three random items and wanted money for something I couldn't prove I bought and why was I told over the phone oh yeah as long as you have a ledgeable picture of the receipt bring it on back we'll give your money back when in all reality the wouldn't do it. I've been buying parts here since I was 16 and I worked at the Mayfield AutoZone back my High School days when it was located in the Mayfield Shopping Plaza. So I took it personal and I think anyone else would've too in a similar situation. .

Great customer service. Had an issue with my headlight not matching what was in my manual for my Rogue, ending up exchanging multiple times to get the right bulb. The employees anticipated my needs and reached out to me for assistance instead of waiting for me to ask. Very trustworthy professionals who do a good job

We are full-timing in our RV, and had a check engine light come on, with the engine running rough. Very skeptical that AutoZone would be open until 9 on a Sunday on a holiday weekend, but they were! Brittany and Darlynn read the codes, got us the parts, and called around looking for someone to install them for us. Two hours later, back on the road! The best outcome ever!

Really disappointed, in the past year or so, they are no longer my #1 go to store. Honestly most places are now. Better off shopping online these days if able to wait

Thanks for the painless changing of my battery. The young man was very helpful.and knew what I need I only have used AZ lat 20 yrs. My last battery was guaranteed 2 yrs. Lasted 5. Plus had 20 $ reward Got better one . thank you and him. Gwen Crawford.
