Brought the car by because I was having issues with the battery making a good connection to the starter. Bought a terminal brush to clean the corrosion. Then Carol helped me find a shim and let me use her ratchet tool to tighten it down. Awesome service!!

I’m only leaving 4 stars due to Jerrel ( I believe that’s how you spell his name) . What a knowledge caring polite helpful employee. Genuinely cares for his customers. THE MANAGER ON THE OTHER HAND == rude , yelling at his employees, and get this .. trying to charge me $200 on a battery that was still under warranty.. I call that a thief !! Not sure how he has the tittle “manager” Thanks to myself remembering and Jerrel double checking the date on the battery I didn’t have to pay. Now that’s what a manager should look like !! Thank you Jerrel (sorry if I misspelled the name)
