Buyers Beware! Do not buy auto coverage from this company. They sold me a policy and when I went to use it; suddenly my car isn’t eligible for coverage. Further, the owner has agreed to refund on two separate occasions but failed to follow through. The owner is a liar and con artist. He talks a great game but, like I said, fails to follow through on his word. As I begin collecting documents I discovered that they fraudulent represented my address so that the billing company, PayLink Direct, (done by a 3rd party) would send them a statement instead of sending it to me. Again, highly recommend avoiding this company. What they also do not tell you is another 3rd party manages the insurance policy. When you call all 3 companies they point fingers at each other, or in the car of automotive coverage centers LLC, they just do not answer their phones.
