***PSA*** 😔 Yesterday 9/10/24 was by far such a stressful moment caused by Thomas alleged Manager. I decided to want to attach the recording for reference. My husband and I went in with 2 flat tires. Thankfully we have warranty for repair. All was going great. Tony (service agent) was very helpful and made the beginning of the service easy and great. My husband received a call to let us know the car won’t be ready til Tuesday (which is okay) my husband spoke to John, Tony and most importantly to the manager Thomas. Among all these conversations it was never advised to us about any fees and if we would like to proceed with service? They failed to mention details of the cost. Upon my arrival of picking up my vehicle I’m hit with almost $200 in fees. Tony and I begin to discuss the matter for solution but then Thomas comes out attempting to assist but was the complete opposite. THOMAS WAS RUDE HAD NO EMPATHY. AS A MANAGER MYSELF WHO RUNS A SAMSUNG CALL CENTER KNOWS ALL TO WELL THAT FORGETTING TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER THE FEES IS NOT UNHEARD OF AND WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. THOMAS REFUSED TO HELP THE MATTER. IN THE VIDEO YOU CAN HEAR HIM SAY HOW HE NEVER ADVISES CUSTOMERS ANY DETAILS. I FEEL THAT I WAS TAKEN THE RIGHT TO MAKE MY OWN CHOICE ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH MY VEHICLE AND THOMAS DID NOT CARE. I COULD HAVE TOWED MY CAR BACK TO MY HOME (I have rode side assistance) AND WAITED FOR MY NEXT PAY PERIOD TO FIX MY VEHICLE. I WAS FORCED TO GET THE MONEY FROM MY RENT TO COVER THIS COST😔 AGAIN I REPEAT THATBI WAS TAKEN THE RIGHT TO MAKE MY CHOICE AND WAS FORCED TO PAY OUT OF MY RENT AND NOW HAVE TO PAY A LATE FEE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR ESTIMATES AND DETAILS ON REPAIRS. The customer service here sucks! Every time I go in here without my husband I leave unhappy! If cashier talks to another customer before your transaction is complete and tosses your keys on the counter and suggests you go somewhere else, i wonder if you would go back? I will not go back to Carson just to go to this establishment ever, bye

I had a great experience here when I experienced a flat tire on my way from Las Vegas and I was unable to take the vehicle to the shop. Mike from Just Tires hooked me up and assisted me quickly and in the most professional way possible. He placed himself in my shoes and personally went to pick up the tire I needed for my vehicle. Aside from that, he also had Michael from the shop drop me off at my vehicle, which he gladly executed. I was in and out in less than one hour! Mike carries this understanding and empathetic demeanor that everyone who works with customers should understand. Give this man a raise or a promotion, because it is well deserved. From my first interaction, to out the door with Mike it was superb and above and beyond from what I expected. Thank you Mike!!!

Needed to have a tire patched. They wouldn't fix it because they said it was in the side wall. Went home pulled the tire and it wa in the outer tread not he side wall. They just didn't want to hassle the 20" truck tires
