Great, helpful, knowledge, staff that truly care about you issue. This may sound crazy but they all are capable of thinking so if they don't have exactly what you need. They use their brain and can give you a comparable option. Or an option you may not have thought of. "Experience" is what they call it. Hard to find these days.

They cleaned and bored out a block for me. They were quick and very clear about their turn around times. They have the best pricing too. 10/10 would recommend and it’s worth the drive to go here.

I've been using highland auto value for over 20 years. The amazing part is that all these years later, I get to deal with the same knowledgeable employees that were there when I was a teenager and now get to know the newer staff that are extremely helpful as well. As a business owner myself, I can really appreciate when staff goes the extra mile to help out a customer and highland auto value excells at that. Stopped at store Sunday, was helped by Brian. He did an OBDII test, explained all the results, and helped solve my issue with a Dodge Grand Caravan. Great talking to a person with years of experience vs. some kid working part time after school.
