My experience was positive & as I waited, I was able to observe a couple of customers come in for pick-up, etc., and they seemed to be long term customers, which I took to be a positive sign. Friendly, professional & a fair price for an oil change. What’s not to like?

We used to love them until recently. They got a new front desk guy who is TERRIBLE. We brought in our ford escape for an issue. It was diagnosed, we needed a certain part that auto plus supposedly called the ford dealer for/ for more info. Charged us $1000 to fix. To find out it was a FACTORY RECALL ISSUE that we could have had fixed for $0. And the dealer would’ve sent someone out to fix it. But glad Auto Plus could be sleazy enough to charge us $1000 for something that could’ve been free. We will not be returning. Recommend going somewhere else for more honest workmanship.

I have been taking my car here for many years. They are all very polite, honest, and professional. Their prices are very reasonable. They consistently go above and beyond. If your car is being serviced while you need to work, they will pay for an Uber.
