The people here were so nice I had a scheduled appointment and needed to go get cash from the bank they waited for me to get back with my car. He got me in and out in less than 2 hours. I definitely recommend and give them 10 stars. Thank you guys so much.

Auto Glass Now did a great job replacing the windshield on my Honda Civic. When I went to the Bloomingdale shop unannounced to ask about their services, the technician gave me his full attention for 10-15 minutes and made sure all my questions were answered. They gave me plenty of options for when they could do the work and got me scheduled with no complications. On the day of service, the technician answered several more questions for me and told me how long it would take for them to finish—two hours including calibration. When they were done, they called to let me know. Picking up my vehicle and paying for their services was simple. Best of all, they were about $200 cheaper than the best price I could get from SafeLite. If my experience is typical, I’d recommend giving Auto Glass Now a try.

Very efficient. Explained what would be done, how long it would take and after care once you leave the shop. Price was as quoted and it was a great price compared to other places I called. The staff is helpful and all around awesome. I highly recommend this place.

Bait and switch pricing, but decent job with the fix. Advertised for $27 when estimated online, then hit with $100 more at check out AFTER it was done. Nice receptionist gave me a $50 “discount” to reduce it to $79 when I asked why so much? Online “estimate” was for up to 3 rock chips under 1/2 inch each - I had one. So no difference there. It was a pitted out rock chip, so I was hesitant to do it myself, and still shows visually, but at least it is structurally reinforced now. Buyer beware!

I love that they came to my house to replace the windshield. They came when I requested, did a quality job quickly and told me how the glass cracked and what to do in the future. Price was reasonable too! Thanks!
