Auto Glass Now

I went from bad to Excellent. Got me fixed within 2 days of Vandelism. Price was lower than quoted. Definitely will return if I have any future needs. Great Customer Service!

They got me in and out in about 90 minutes which was nice. However the seal job on my windshield is subpar at best, I can tell just by looking at it. It's squishing through into the cab in several spots, and I was told on the phone that I would have a lifetime warranty against leaks - that being said, after they installed the glass they told me since they found (and repaired) a couple small rust spots in the pinch weld, that voids the warranty. Honestly I wish I would've spent the extra $50 to go to Omaha Glass Pro, and I'm not confident this windshield seal will keep water out.

They were quick. My only complaint was I was quoted amount with new windshield wipers but was charged the same amount without the windshield wipers. Other than that service was good

I went to Auto Glass Now to have my windshield replaced and I'm very happy so far with their work. I will have to see if things leak after the first rain. I originally went there last week with an appointment and found out that they are first come first serve and don't do appointments. I also was unable to have my windshield replaced because they did not have it in stock. However, after notifying them that I would want my windshield replaced they ordered the windshield and I came back the following week without an appointment got right in and had my windshield replaced within an hour. The location and people who work within the building are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also beat every single auto glass place I called on price by at least $70, and I called quite a few auto glass places. I would recommend them for auto glass replacement anytime.

It was a disaster! I went to fix my broken rear door window on 11/12/2024, they took the whole day to do it and they ended up ruining my door, asked them to fix it, they tried, but because of poor and aggressive handling they were not able to restore it as it was! When confronted both the guy who was working on it and the lady in the store acted like this is normal and they did a great job.
