This team was supportive and made me feel taken care of. I had a bumper issue. It was half environmental damage and half dealer neglect. So I already felt defeated by the time I got there and was apprehensive. Lizette from Gardena Honda quoted me a couple months before. She was very understanding and thorough in explaining why the price of the work might vary. Joaquin, the manager was incredibly professional. His communication and attention to detail demonstrated his experience. So I felt safe leaving my car in their hands. He was also sensitive to how this project was affecting me financially as a person and not just a blanket client which enhanced the customer service experience. Angie, the front desk coordinator, was also very organized and helped facilitate a smooth experience. The fact that they washed and detailed my car was the cherry on top. It looked new and felt amazing driving off the lot. 10/10 for me. I’d come back and recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience working with Jason Covarrubias! From start to finish, he provided exceptional customer service. He patiently walked me through every step of filing my claim, making the entire process feel seamless. Once my claim was submitted, Jason went above and beyond by ensuring my vehicle was dropped off at the shop without any hassle. Throughout the process, he and the shop kept me updated regularly, so I always knew what was happening. When I got my car back, it looked even better than when I first bought it! I’m incredibly satisfied with the service, and I truly appreciate Jason and the entire team at the shop for making this such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing service, excellent workmanship, 5 star facility. It doesn’t resemble a repair shop, but more like a showroom. Even the repair area is clean. Thoughtful customer waiting area. Comfortable seating, snacks, drinks and big screen TV. Angelica (receptionist) and Joaquin (Manager) kept me informed throughout and truly wanted to make sure I was pleased with all aspects of the services and their communications with my insurance. I have never experienced such high quality attention to detail. Easily a 5 star facility!

Unfortunately, I’ve had a much more negative experience than most other reviews. They had my car for about 11 weeks, I was given dates that my car would be ready then that date would come and go without a word from the shop, this happened 3 to 4 separate times. Communication varied wildly between different people who I had to speak with. When I finally received my car, it did not start and after jumping the car, was met with a myriad of errors. My dealership managed to get them to pay for the dead battery but I am now left with thousands of dollars worth of repairs for problems that I did not have before sending my car to ACG. Their messaging since I have reached out about the problems present after they worked on my car have been more or less “there’s no proof we caused these issues so we will not pay for them”. Hands down the worst body shop I’ve ever dealt with

Had a very different experience from other reviewers. It may have been an issue in sorting parts for repairs to a fender bender. It may have been the time of year (mid-end of December). The total turnaround time ended up being a total of 11.5 weeks. It wasn’t until 8 weeks into this process and the VW dealership nudging the autobody shop that we were provided with a rental car. Unfortunate, especially as January included LA fires, mandatory evacuations, personal medical issues, etc. All that said, the quality of the repairs have are great. Believe they may have even detailed the car and repainted certain areas that weren’t involved in the damage. Angie, the front desk coordinator, was a life saver and did her best to have fellow colleagues return calls with updates and timelines. So very appreciative of her attentiveness and understanding of our frustration and overall situation.
