As soon as I called them they jumped to my help offering a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. Customer service is unbeatable to say the least. They worked with my insurance company State Farm to get my vehicle to even better shape than it was before the accident. I picked up my vehicle with a full detail to which I wasn't expecting at all! If I can give them 10 starts I would! I never had that wonderful experience at the body shop before. I'm a life long customer at this point!

Few months ago I was involved in fender bender and since my car was drivable I wasn’t in a hurry to get it fixed. Plastic on one of my headlights was broken and my bumper was cracked. Recently I was visiting my friend and asked her if she knew of a auto body shop. She reminded me of Auto Art where we took her car to be repaired over 20 years ago. Guys did a GREAT job, I got very reasonable estimate within 24 hours, parts were ordered and when they were ready i got a call, took my car in for a day and it looks like brand new. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can’t be happier and highly recommend Auto Art! Look no further, they will take great care of you and your car.

October 2024. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Auto Art, and I can confidently say it was the worst body shop I have ever worked with. After being hit on the driver's side, I was directed to Auto Art by the other party's insurance. They had my car for six weeks, and when I finally got it back, it looked acceptable at first glance. However, once I looked more closely at home when the morning dew dried I noticed several issues that were completely unacceptable. Firstly, the new part they installed had visible scratches and paint runs—something that shouldn't happen with any reputable shop. To make matters worse, I found additional scratches on the other side of the car, likely from it sitting in their lot for six weeks and possibly getting dinged by other cars. Additionally, the impact from the accident had damaged the suspension, and I was assured it would be sent out for alignment and checked by a specialist. When I got the car back, it was clear that this was never done. The car is not aligned, there’s a popping noise from the suspension, and the rim that was hit was never repaired. When I asked for alignment paperwork, they refused to provide it, which leads me to believe they likely didn’t check the suspension at all. When I contacted them to discuss these issues, I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude. Incredibly after I expressed frustration, I was told they had "other customers to deal with" and was hung up on. If you're considering Auto Art, beware of these no-name shops. The lack of accountability, poor quality of work, and unprofessional service left me beyond disappointed. If you see these 5 star reviews don't be fooled. A friend told me they are covering deducables for people to leave good reviews even though they are a terrible business.

Angelo Quintanilla with a 22 Dodge Durango RT, just arrived in their facility, the beginning phone call with receptionist was very professional and patient with all my questions. I will keep this updated as I receive word along with photos of before and after. -3/28/23 Solid updates from Auto Art and they are beginning their process now that insurance gave them the go ahead today. -4/10/23 Last picture of vehicle on the lift was sent to me by Auto Art explaining they found more damage and informing insurance about further costs. -4/12/23 Auto Art called me to tell me my vehicle should be ready by 5/19. -4/24/23 Called them on 15th and they said they're shooting for everything to be finished by 26th. -5/15/23 Stopped by the shop today to check on progress, seemed to have a perfect job on body work, paint and suspension hadn't been done yet. Picture posted side view half sanded -5/23/23 Told me one part had come in wrong so they're hoping for 5/31 due to holiday. -5/25/23 Told me car is ready for pickup 5/31/23 Picked up and they did an absolutely flawless job.
