First time going here, I had a good experience with them installing a touchscreen kenwood stereo in my car. I liked their business so I decided to go back to get a front and rear dashcam installed. When I went to pay, I got randomly charged for two things I didn’t get an explanation for: a “cigarette lighter adapter”, which looking around my car thoroughly, there wasn’t any kind of adapter other than the one I had in my car before the installation. They also didn’t tell me what the “misc parts” were. I’m grateful for the discount since I got my parts through them. My car is equipped with a factory rear sunshade, so I figured they would install the rear dashcam to avoid the sunshade, however when getting in my car and putting up the sunshade, it directly hit the camera, so I have stopped using the sunshade temporarily. I called them and asked how I’m supposed to use it, and they said they didn’t even notice it and either the dashcam I can’t anymore. It’s only been 4 days since the installation, and the wiring for the rear camera is already falling out. I tried to tuck it back in and found that my car’s headliner wasn’t even fully reattached to the roof, same with the front camera. I wanted to get an audio system installed from here but after this experience I’ll most likely be going elsewhere.

Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. They took the time to explain every detail of the work they planned for my vehicle and patiently answered all my questions. I felt completely at ease working with the team at Automobile. Finding the location for the first time can be a bit tricky, but there’s also a convenient side alley entrance you can use.

I needed a new radio for my beater with a heater. I checked multiple different locations and it was going to be between $1200.00 and $850.00 and I just couldn’t justify putting that kind of money in my beater. A friend told me to call these guys and to my amazement they put one in for 1/2 the I had gotten from everyone else. And on top of that I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a radio replacement

Every time I have had work done here, they have done a great job! Highly recommend for audio or remote start. All the wiring is done nicely and they make sure everything looks good.

Owner is nice, employee had a bad attitude a wouldn’t want working on my car. I went to Auto Authority Inc. They provided great customer service and better pricing.
