Coulee Auto Service

So hard to make appointments here. First off they never call. I always have to be the one to call them even when they say they will call me back. I will leave a voicemail and never hear anything back. When my car is done they will let it sit until I call to ask if it’s ready to be picked up. Secondly, I have never been able to schedule an appointment and actually get what I need done in one try. I usually have to reschedule at least 2 more times because the part still hasn’t come in or they forgot to order it but they don’t tell me until I show up the day of the appointment. As someone who has very limited days and times to take their car in it’s very frustrating when they make you reschedule over and over again.

This group of auto service techs is the nicest I've ever dealt with. By nice, I mean honest and fair. They truly want to help the customer even if it means sending them to another repair shop and making no sale for themselves. I just recently had taken my truck to Coulee Auto repair shop and I definitely will rate them 5 stars. Everyone from the men that work upfront to the mechanics that perform customer services are a class above your normal shops. They treat you with respect but also make you feel as if you've been acquainted for years. Just as important is the services they provide. You can be confident that if they say your vehicle is in need of something that it actually does need it. I will continue to take my truck there and I will let all of my many family members know that Coulee Auto can be trusted. I know there are many people that have been taken advantage of by numerous repair shops. If you are tired of having your money taken from you for repairs that you really don't know if you need, go there. You will leave knowing that your hard earned money was spent on repairs that you really needed and the confidence that you can actually trust them.

In the past two years my family has purchased two cars from Coulee Auto on La Crosse’s North Side. The selection of used cars there is far beyond any big name dealership in the area and I encourage everyone to take a look. Coulee is family owned, their staff is kind and knowledgeable, and when we found the cars we wanted, the process was quick and we were driving our cars home within a couple of hours. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY WITH A VEHICLE IN MY LIFE!!! I continue to go back for help with the different features on my car because my previous one was old and didn’t have a lot of modern features , Incidentally, I was given an astronomically fair trade allowance, too! I really can’t rave enough about Coulee Auto and the entire staff; if you’re in the market for a car, it’s definitely the place to shop!
