I finally got myself to write a review for this dealership. I brought my car in back in december right before the holidays because I needed an oil change and the check engine light and there was two codes. The only reason why I don;t give them a 1 star is because they were the only audi place that serviced my car right before the holidays and I needed to drive the car upstate. I will not point out names but there is a lack of communication at this dealership. I had better experiences with my 2017 Honda in their dealership....They deff try to upsell you services but youre the one that chooses at the end. I did an all around service because I had bought the car of a smaller dealership, no complain there. As for the codes, i replaced the part myself and it was an aftermarket part and they blame the codes on the part, when the 2.0 engines are notorious from throwing engine codes when you are low on oil. They charged me for a new sensor and they told me that it was going to have to be recalibrated and such and that will take them time. That was literally a 5 min job and it is a plug and play, no recalibration needed for the camshaft position sensor. Not to mention the oversight on the oil leak that i fixed myself because of a camshaft adjuster magnet that a seal was worn out. They also cracked my engine cover, and proceeded to tell me that it was cracked when i brought it in. I replace the sensor myself and knew that it was not cracked. I spoke to the service adviser and told me he was going to replace it. I just had to give him time. I think thats why it took me almost 3 months to write this review. Moral of the story, dont go there.

Have been very loyal to the brand and on my 6th Audi, but my experience with Audi Meadowlands Service has been atrocious. I’ve driven my 2021 SQ8 6 times this year and 4 of them have been to this service center due to loss of coolant. They not only have been unable to identify the issue, they are incapable or communicating. This time they’ve had the vehicle for over a week. Called on Saturday and my rep wasn’t working so they left a note to call me back. No call. Followed up Monday afternoon and they still didn’t know what the issue is or can give me a report on progress. Called Tuesday evening, the receptionist wouldn’t put me through to the rep because the “vehicle is not ready”, I replied this is an unacceptable answer and she finally put me through which he told me that they are still running tests. I asked what they’re looking into but he had no notes and the technicians were gone. When you spend this kind of money on a vehicle I’d expect the service and professionalism to be outstanding, Audi should be ashamed.

When the service light comes on you want to feel prioritized and valued as a customer. We called Audi Meadowlands on a whim to see if they could squeeze us in to ensure our cars coolant level was within range. Dimitri, was not only able to fit us in on a Saturday, but was understanding. We will only service with Audi Meadowlands from now on. It is rare to find a shop that will provide honest feedback on what service is needed or not.

Do not go here!! The 1-star reviews are accurate. Dropped by to talk to service advisor about remote start from app that stopped working, easy seat entry and heated steering wheel only warm. Tried to insist it's setting related and did not want to help. Brand new 2024 Q5 only 8 months old. Said it would take a few days to fix and require parts to fix. Said the heated steering wheel is dependent on weather, makes no sense when I've already researched they just need to adjust the temperature setting through the OBD port. Liars. Came home, found the Audi Connect App phone number and called them, they walked me through to reset the connection and now my remote start works again. Easy Entry Seat seems to be a widespread issue on 2024 Audi with the function as it's mentioned on many forums. Service team does not know anything and are liars. Go to another Audi Service locations if you absolutely need to get service from an Audi center.

Do not waste your time here if your car is still drivable and do not have an appointment. Not only is the location horribly laid out/designed, their not trustworthy because they are not upfront with their pricing and scheduling of your time. They change estimates atleast 5 times upwards before your final bill and tell you they will look at your car that same day when they truly can’t and make it so your car stays overnight. If you need to ultimately take your car to an Audi Service Center just try to find the next close by Audi Service Shop because you will be highly disappointed of the experience at Meadowland Audi Service.
