As an authorized service center for a luxury brand, it aims to provide a premium experience for Audi owners in the North Bergen and surrounding Tri-State Area. The facility is part of the larger Audi Meadowlands dealership, which also includes sales and parts departments.

The environment at Audi Meadowlands Service is designed to reflect the luxury and sophistication associated with the Audi brand. While the specific details about the waiting area or service bays are not fully available, authorized Audi service centers typically feature modern, clean, and well-appointed facilities. Customers can generally expect a comfortable waiting area with amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, gourmet coffee, and potentially other refreshments. The service bays are state-of-the-art, equipped with specialized diagnostic tools and equipment specifically calibrated for Audi vehicles, ensuring that technicians can accurately diagnose and repair complex issues. The overall ambiance strives to be professional and customer-focused, aiming to provide a high-end experience commensurate with owning a luxury vehicle. The location in North Bergen also suggests easy accessibility for residents in the immediate area and those traveling from nearby cities.

Audi Meadowlands Service offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to Audi vehicles. These services encompass everything from routine preventative maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs. Standard offerings typically include oil changes, tire rotations and balancing, brake service, fluid checks, battery testing and replacement, and factory-scheduled maintenance. Given its status as an authorized Audi service center, they are equipped to handle intricate mechanical and electrical issues specific to Audi models, including advanced engine diagnostics, transmission services, and repairs related to specialized Audi systems. They utilize genuine Audi parts to ensure the integrity and performance of the vehicle. Services may also include recall repairs, warranty work, and state inspections. Customers can typically schedule service appointments online or by phone, although specific appointment flexibility may vary depending on the nature of the service. They are noted to offer extended service hours and a fleet of Audi loaner vehicles, aiming to provide convenience for customers.

The features of Audi Meadowlands Service, as implied by its status as an authorized dealership service center, include factory-trained and certified Audi technicians who possess in-depth knowledge of Audi engineering and technology. The use of authentic Audi Genuine Parts is a significant feature, ensuring that replacements meet the manufacturer's stringent quality and performance standards. The availability of loaner vehicles and shuttle service is often a key convenience offered by luxury brand service centers, helping minimize disruption to customers' daily routines. The facility also prides itself on having state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. While some customer experiences highlight individual service representatives as helpful and providing great customer service, general feedback regarding the effectiveness of repairs and communication can be mixed. For example, some customers have reported challenges with identifying and resolving persistent issues, extended vehicle downtime, and a lack of proactive communication regarding repair progress. This indicates that while the infrastructure and intentions for high-quality service are present, the execution of service and communication can vary, leading to inconsistencies in customer satisfaction.

Regarding promotional information, authorized Audi service centers often provide specific benefits for their customers. These can include Audi Care packages, which are prepaid scheduled maintenance plans offering savings and peace of mind. They may also run seasonal service promotions, discounts on parts, or specials on common maintenance tasks like tire purchases or brake services. While explicit current promotions are not detailed in the provided information, potential customers are encouraged to inquire directly about any ongoing offers or benefits by contacting Audi Meadowlands Service. Given the reviews, prospective clients should also prioritize clear communication regarding diagnosis, repair timelines, and cost estimates for complex issues. It is advisable to maintain detailed records of all service visits and communications to ensure a transparent and satisfactory repair process. The service center can be reached at (201) 330-3900 for inquiries or to schedule service. While the facility aims for an elevated customer experience, potential patrons should consider the varied customer feedback, particularly concerning diagnostic accuracy and communication, when making their service decisions.

Audi Meadowlands Service Customer Reviews

Have been very loyal to the brand and on my 6th Audi, but my experience with Audi Meadowlands Service has been atrocious. I’ve driven my 2021 SQ8 6 times this year and 4 of them have been to this service center due to loss of coolant. They not only have been unable to identify the issue, they are incapable or communicating. This time they’ve had the vehicle for over a week. Called on Saturday and my rep wasn’t working so they left a note to call me back. No call. Followed up Monday afternoon and they still didn’t know what the issue is or can give me a report on progress. Called Tuesday evening, the receptionist wouldn’t put me through to the rep because the “vehicle is not ready”, I replied this is an unacceptable answer and she finally put me through which he told me that they are still running tests. I asked what they’re looking into but he had no notes and the technicians were gone. When you spend this kind of money on a vehicle I’d expect the service and professionalism to be outstanding, Audi should be ashamed. Update: A week later they still have not took it for a test drive. The representative stated that he would call me back that day with a full report on what they completed, yet no call. It has now been two weeks and all they’ve done is check for leaks.

I have a 2020 Audi, and my sunroof started leaking. I took it to Audi Meadowlands, where I paid $2,600 to get it fixed a year ago. My service representative, Demetri, was wonderful and provided great customer service, but unfortunately, he works for the wrong company. Now, the leak is worse than ever. When I returned, they said I need to pay another $5,500 for some rubber components or other parts. It’s unfair to have to return for the same issue and then be asked to pay double the price. Although Demetri’s customer service was excellent, the problem was never fixed, and the situation has only worsened. This place is the worst! They don’t actually fix your car; they just take your money and then want to charge you even more later. I feel like they’re lying to get more out of me. It’s a shame they’re still in business, and I’m considering taking legal action. Please be cautious and don’t take your car here if you don’t want to get gypped with false claims and shoddy work!

Do not waste your time here if your car is still drivable and do not have an appointment. Not only is the location horribly laid out/designed, there not trust worthy because they are not upfront with their pricing and scheduling of your time. They change estimates atleast 5 times upwards before your final bill and tell you they will look at your that same day when they truly can’t and make it so your car stays over night. If you need to ultimately take your car to an Audi Service Center just try to find the next close by Audi Service Shop because you will be highly disappointed of the experience.

No review is needed or necessary for this unprofessional place of what is called a business, there is a customer service guy name Robert Cordero who is smooth talking and saying nothing. I took my car there for the first time I usually go to the Audi Service Center in Milburn/Maplewood. They said they fixed my car which was suppose to be the engine belt, I spoke to both managers Courtney and Bill (I'm not sure what was fixed) the spring fell from under my car 2 days after picking my car up Bill told me his version of what happened with the spring falling from under my car while I was driving my family to work and school, He said there was a hairline crack that no one could see and it must have expanded when letting my car down from the lift. Of course they charged me additional to fix it (because I couldn't drive the car to take it somewhere else). I kept asking for the pictures of what was fixed and they told me for 2 weeks they would send them to me after asking for about 3 weeks for the pictures the receptionist was told to tell me they don't take pictures of cars before or after they fix them so I'm not sure if I have new or used parts under my car!!!! This place is so unprofessional I would never go back nor refer anyone there!!! Robert Cordero is a liar who tried to get me to pay $5,000 for something that I didn't need fixing! Bill and Courtney made me promises they didn't keep and refuse to talk to me as a concerned customer over the phone so If you need to get your point across you have to literally go there in person so they can take you seriously!!! My car is still making a noise after they say they test drove it!! Eventually I will have to spend more money to have another mechanic look at my car!!!! They're not registered with the Better Business Bureau!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible place to take your precious car. My son had issue with bluetooth and a/c vent. It took 7 weeks for them to fix it. I had no idea what took this long for them. They don't call for any updates, and never answer your calls. Rob the service guy was not cooperative but full of attitude. I also had my daughter's car to get fixed for bluetooth and Demitry helped us. He was much better and we got services rendered within 3 days. People that gave more than 3 stars must be family members or employess. This Audi service place is not worth to take stress, spend money. They hardly washed our cars, but gave us dirty. Also I noticed there was a scratch on my son's car. Courtney was not nice too, indeed no one is nice or polite there except Demitry. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Save yourself time, hassel and worst badass expericence.
