Atomic Transmission LLC Introduce
For the residents of Louisville, Ohio, and the surrounding areas, when seeking specialized automotive services, particularly concerning transmissions, Atomic Transmission LLC, located at 5494 Louisville St NE, is one option to consider within the Auto Repair Stations category. Potential customers can contact them at (330) 453-7173 or their mobile number, +1 330-453-7173 for inquiries regarding their services.
However, it is crucial for prospective customers to be aware of the overwhelmingly negative feedback provided by the available customer reviews for Atomic Transmission LLC. These reviews raise serious concerns regarding the reliability of their services, communication practices, and the quality of their work, specifically concerning transmission repairs and rebuilds.
One customer recounts an extremely protracted repair timeline, stating that a job estimated to take only 2-3 days had stretched into two months with no completion in sight. This reviewer also mentions a lack of returned phone calls and a pattern of "constantly made excuses" for the delays. Such an experience indicates significant issues with project management, communication, and potentially the shop's capacity to handle its workload efficiently.
Another customer's experience is even more alarming. This reviewer expresses that they would give a "zero rating" if possible, detailing a transmission rebuild that took four and a half weeks instead of the promised 7 to 10 days. They also report a series of excuses for the delay and claim that their car was only finished after they threatened to involve the police to retrieve their vehicle. This suggests a severe lack of professionalism and potentially questionable business practices.
The issues did not end with the extended repair time for this customer. Nine months after the supposed rebuild, the transmission began to malfunction again. Upon returning to Atomic Transmission LLC, they were allegedly misdiagnosed with a "wheelbarring" issue, while another transmission shop identified the problem as a complete failure of the recently rebuilt transmission, requiring another total rebuild. This second opinion led the latter shop to question whether the original rebuild had even been performed correctly, suggesting the possibility of a used transmission being installed instead of a rebuilt one, despite the customer paying for a rebuild. This paints a picture of potentially fraudulent practices and a severe lack of competence in transmission work.
Given the nature of these reviews, any description of the services offered by Atomic Transmission LLC must be interpreted with extreme caution. While their name suggests a specialization in transmission repair and rebuilding, the customer feedback casts serious doubt on the quality and reliability of these services. It is possible they offer standard auto repair services in addition to transmission work, but the negative experiences reported are centered around their core advertised expertise.
There is no information provided regarding the environment of Atomic Transmission LLC. However, the negative customer experiences suggest that the professionalism and operational efficiency within the shop may be lacking. A well-run auto repair station typically maintains clear communication with customers, adheres to reasonable timelines, and delivers the services promised. The reported issues with excuses, delays, and potentially misrepresented work indicate a potentially disorganized or untrustworthy environment.
The features of Atomic Transmission LLC, based on the customer reviews, are overwhelmingly negative. Instead of highlighting positive attributes, the feedback points to: poor communication (failure to return calls, constant excuses), unreliable timelines (grossly underestimated repair durations), potentially dishonest practices (questionable transmission rebuild, possible misrepresentation of services), and a lack of accountability (requiring threats of police intervention to complete work). These are significant red flags for any potential customer seeking auto repair services.
There is no information available regarding any promotional offers or discounts from Atomic Transmission LLC. Given the severe negative feedback concerning their core services and business practices, any promotional offers would likely be overshadowed by the significant risks associated with entrusting them with vehicle repairs.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Atomic Transmission LLC in Louisville, OH, paint a deeply concerning picture. Reports of excessive delays, poor communication, potential misdiagnosis, and allegations of misrepresented or substandard transmission rebuild work should give any prospective customer significant pause. While they operate within the Auto Repair Stations category and ostensibly offer transmission services, the overwhelmingly negative feedback strongly suggests a high risk of unsatisfactory service and potentially dishonest practices. Local users are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and consider seeking transmission repair and other auto services from alternative providers with more positive and reliable customer feedback. The information available does not support recommending Atomic Transmission LLC for any automotive needs at this time.

Constantly made excuses for not getting my car fixed. Wouldn't return calls. A job that would take 2-3 days is now 2 months and I'm still waiting.

I would give a zero rating if I could. I took my car in for a transmission rebuild, It took four and a half weeks to get my car back, After being told it would only take 7 to 10 days. I heard excuse after excuse about what was taking my car so long And after I threaten to bring the police to get my vehicle back, My car amazingly got finished. 9 Months later My transmission started to act up and when I took it to him. He told me it was a wheelbarring. In fact it was the transmission, And it needed to be totally rebuilt again. When I took it to another transmission shop, They questioned if the transmission had ever been rebuilt in the first place. They suggested that this was a used transmission put in my vehicle, After I paid to have a rebuilt. A lot of good game is talked, But it is all a scam in the end.

Frank did an AWESOME job on my Ford F150, had the transmission flushed and filter changed, he explained everything in detail to me and really cared about the job he was doing. He went above and beyond any other mechanic that I have ever delt with, he was very honest with me. Do not hesitate to let Atomic work on your vehicle, they are the only ones that I will use and trust!!

I originally went to atomic to have my transmission fluid topped off (which turned out I didn't need)The man was very nice and knowledgeable. He talked to me, and gave me advice. He was an honest generous soul. He test drove my car and told me I didn't need anything at the moment. One of the most genuine people I have met in the auto mechanic industry ( cause I'm sure we have all met that mechanic who don't care about you or your situation. They just want to charge you an arm and leg for everything). I couldn't thank him enough. I strongly recommend him.

So happy I went here. Waterloo transmission suggested a full replacement and it was just a spring. Saved me so much time and headache and for around $250
