Atlas Auto & Towing Introduce

Welcome to Atlas Auto & Towing, an Auto Repair Station located at 4244 E Rd in Saginaw, Michigan. While the name suggests a dual focus on auto repair and towing services, the limited customer feedback available online paints a starkly negative picture of the service quality and professionalism at this establishment. For local users seeking reliable auto repair or towing, it is imperative to carefully consider the deeply concerning experiences shared by other customers before engaging with Atlas Auto & Towing.

As an Auto Repair Station, Atlas Auto & Towing would typically be expected to offer a range of services to address vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This could include diagnostics, general repairs, oil changes, brake services, and potentially more specialized work. The inclusion of "Towing" in their name indicates they likely also provide vehicle towing services for breakdowns, accidents, or other transport needs. However, the available reviews do not offer any positive insights into the quality or efficiency of either their repair or towing services.

Based on the extremely negative feedback from the two available online reviews, the environment and service quality at Atlas Auto & Towing appear to be severely problematic, according to these customers. One reviewer expressed wishing they could give "no stars" and labeled the service as the "WORST ever." This detailed account describes an owner, Craig, as "unreliable, rude," and someone who "plays with peoples time." The reviewer also alleges witnessing unprofessional behavior, including the owner making disparaging remarks about his own employee to a customer and being rude to other workers. Furthermore, the review accuses the owner of lying about ordering parts, causing a delay of over two weeks due to alleged laziness, snatching a paper from the customer, and displaying dismissive body language without offering any apology for the issues caused. The reviewer concludes by calling the business a "circus" with "dirty, grimy no good people that will WASTE YOUR TIME" and strongly advises others to avoid giving them business.

The second review echoes the sentiment of wishing for a zero-star rating and focuses on the service provided for the reviewer's brother's car. This account details an extraordinarily long repair time, with the vehicle allegedly being at the shop for a month and a half without the work being completed. The reviewer states that repeated calls were met with false promises of completion within "the next couple days," stretching into almost two months. The reviewer sarcastically suggests that this is the shop for those who "never want your car back," implying extreme inefficiency and an inability to complete repairs in a timely manner.

Several deeply concerning features emerge from these overwhelmingly negative customer reviews regarding Atlas Auto & Towing. The alleged unreliability and rudeness of the owner, as well as the reported unprofessional conduct towards customers and employees, paint a picture of a chaotic and unpleasant business environment. The accusation of lying about ordering parts and causing significant delays due to alleged laziness raises serious questions about the integrity and operational efficiency of the shop. The reported disrespectful behavior towards a customer, including snatching a paper and rolling eyes, further underscores a severe lack of professionalism and customer service.

The extraordinarily long repair time reported in the second review – a month and a half without completion – is a critical red flag for any potential customer needing timely automotive repairs. This suggests a severe lack of organization, efficiency, or possibly even the necessary skills to complete the work in a reasonable timeframe. The repeated false promises of imminent completion further erode any trust in their communication and reliability.

Currently, there is no positive feedback or promotional information available in the provided text. The absence of any positive reviews, coupled with the extremely negative and detailed accounts of terrible service and unprofessional behavior, strongly suggests that local users should be exceedingly cautious when considering Atlas Auto & Towing for any of their automotive needs.

For local users in Saginaw, Michigan, Atlas Auto & Towing is located at 4244 E Rd, Saginaw, MI 48601, USA. While their phone number is not provided in the text, the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding their service, professionalism, and repair times should serve as a significant warning. Potential customers are strongly advised to heed the experiences shared by these reviewers and to seriously consider seeking auto repair and towing services from alternative providers with more positive and reliable reputations in the Saginaw area. The risks associated with potentially experiencing similar issues with unreliability, rudeness, and excessively long, uncompleted repairs appear to be substantial based on the available customer feedback.

In conclusion, the limited but intensely negative customer reviews for Atlas Auto & Towing in Saginaw, Michigan, paint a deeply concerning picture of this Auto Repair Station. Allegations of unreliability, rudeness, unprofessional behavior, lying about services, and excessively long, uncompleted repair times should give any potential customer significant pause. Local users seeking auto repair or towing services are strongly urged to consider these experiences and exercise extreme caution before entrusting their vehicles to Atlas Auto & Towing. It would be prudent to seek out alternative service providers in the Saginaw area with a proven track record of reliable, professional, and customer-focused service to avoid the negative experiences reported by these customers.

Atlas Auto & Towing Customer Reviews

I wish I could give no starts. WORST service ever. Craig is unreliable, rude and plays with peoples time. He allowed one of his workers to make a rude comment to me. He told me how the man who works there that said the rude comment to me is “A drunk, hungover, no good, lazy Coke head.” Yet he lets him work there and talks trash to customers? He’s rude to his other workers. Takes advantage of people! He lied to me about ordering parts. He made me wait more than 2 weeks because he was to lazy to do research on my part. He snatched a paper out of my hand, he rolls his eyes while talking to me and he didn’t even apologize for all of the mess he caused me! This business is a circus. Dirty, grimy no good people that will WASTE YOUR TIME! Do NOT give this man your business or money. Find somewhere better where they will take care of you. Craig is low down with no professionalism. #Trash

Like the last review I would prefer to give them 0 stars. Honestly, this is a review of the service on my brother's car. They have had it for a month and a half and still have not completed the work. Every time he calls it's "oh I promise it will be done in the next couple days!" It's been almost two months!! There is no work in the world that takes that long to do. If you never want your car back this is the shop for you.

I have trusted him for all of my car needs since 1998. Reasonable prices, may take a little longer to get the job done but it is done right, and has great customer service. Highly recommended in my book.

My car was acting funny, so I took it in to them. They said they could have it fixed in a week, just needed to order a new computer in. After a week I called them and they said they had received the wrong part and have to return it and wait for a new one. 2 more weeks pass and I call again, the part still hasnt another week and they say it is not my computer causing the issue. Another week and it's my computer again. They said they would call me with updates, since theyve now had my only mode of transportation for over a month. They never called me. This went on for 8 months. In the middle of this, Craig had my car towed to Pontiac without confirming with me. Everytime I called they would say "We replaced what you paid for and you're not paying for these repairs so be patient." Which I'm assuming means "we arent makinf money on your car anymore, so we will get to it if we ever have time. Leave us alone". After 8 months I was fed up, i called in and demanded my car back. And they brought it back, in peices. A paper cup on the engine full of bolts and everything they had touched was torn apart. They told me the issue was the mass air flow sensor. That required no dissassembly to reach. I replaced the sensor and the car still wouldnt work. So i did a little investigating for myself, and withing 20 minutes i found that my air intake meter boot was disconnected from my turbo. In twenty minutes, me, a guy with some auto experience, not a lot, figured out what a liscensed garage that has worked on cars for longer than I've been alive could not. This is not an auto garage. These guys are part swappers, they will take your car and return it in worse condition that you gave it to them in. My car was nice and now has tears in the seat and the floormats are caked in mud. They let it sit for 8 months. I could not be more upset with the service that atlas has provided me with. Let this story serve as a warning, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Unless you want to pay to have your car destroyed over the set of a year.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I purchased a used vehicle from them that they claimed to have serviced and taken care of, and that it "runs like a top". Well, I've had it for two weeks and I've hardly gotten to drive it since it's been in the shop the entire time. I know getting a used car is buyer beware, but the mechanic came outside and showed me everything under the hood and explained why its such a great car. I assumed since they are licensed that they would know what they're doing. Well so far I've had to replace a module, a sensor, the catalytic converter is bad and only one of the two back tires actually works when in the snow. I have attempted to contact them but with no avail. So either they lied to my face, or the shop doesn't have the skills or know how to actually fix a vehicle. These are the people your parents warned you about.
