We bought a 25 international carrier and a 23 ram mpl 40 At first communication was great the wrecker wouldn’t be done for a few weeks but we needed a truck so we agreed to pick up the carrier now and they would deliver the wrecker in two weeks. So I drive down pay for both truck pickup my carrier and they say the paperwork will be mailed for us to register the next day. 7 days later no paperwork so I call get told someone will call me back I wait a few days call again same thing no return call. After about three weeks of being told that someone would call me back I finally call and demand that they find out while I was on the phone and they say that it never got sent and it would be overnighted. So we wait another week and I call again they say someone will call you back no return call. Finally reach someone they say oh we will mail it today and we get our paperwork. All the while still no update on our wrecker that was supposedly two weeks out so I reach out to the salesman rob and he says I will call you back in twenty minutes and let you know what’s up with your truck. Four days no return call. I call again and he says same spill I explain that we have waited weeks on our paperwork and that the only reason we picked the first truck up before the second was because we needed a truck now and we paid insurance for five weeks for it to sit un useable. He said I understand I’ll give you an update in twenty minutes. He does call back and says truck is done. This is Monday and we plan for Wednesday to pick up the unit (they decided they wouldn’t deliver after they said they would which was fine). Rob explained I will call you back by 12 on Tuesday to make sure we are good for Wednesday. 4pm rolls around no call so I call him and he said Wednesday morning was fine. So I drive down about four hours explain that I was pretty frustrated that they wouldn’t communicate with their customers. So I take the truck bring it home now here’s where it really tops it off. I get my new mpl 40 to the lot and we are checking it out and the remote was wired backwards! Close is the open and in is the out! I call them and they say well you can drive it four hours back down here or fix it yourself!! Upon opening the hood there were extra wires laying in inside lip of the fender control handles loose sharpie marker on the diamond plate where they marked for the controls and didn’t clean it. The diamond plate edges were so sharp it would cut you. (I have pictures of everything if you message me). So I fix the controls and go on so I get a call car over the bank and want to use my new truck get on scene and the right winch cable is so knotted I had to hook it to the wheel lift in free spool and unfold the lift to pull the cable loose all the while I was on a accident scene! Needless to say after spending $255k customer service wasn’t great communication was terrible and there was no quality or attention to any detail building the unit. Also on the second unit the sales man tells me we had explicit instructions not to give you a 30 day tag on your wrecker because your paperwork is over 30 days old and I fight to get my tags because they didn’t send the paperwork for 5 weeks! I try to be easy going and easy to please but people need to know what to expect when buying from this place

I'm gonna start by saying. I have purchased over 2 dozen trucks over the years, But dealing with Atlanta Wrecker, sales has been by far the easiest and best experience of all. Rob Lowe in sales has taken the time to spec out the perfect truck for our needs and many of people we have sent to them. He will also continue great service by over seeing you get parts and additional equipment as needed The owners Lee and Matt take the time with their customers and go over and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and your happy. The service doesn't stop when you drive away. Over the years of dealing with Dusty in the parts department has also been absolutely flawless. Between all of their extensive knowledge and expertise. It's literally like dealing with family when you deal with anyone of their staff. Hands down the best one stop shop for our industry needs and demands

Robb Lowe was the man called and talked to him about needed another Rollback on my fleet pretty quick two and half days later I drove off with a 2023 f650 great truck also got me loaded down with all equipment I needed .. very professional and willing to help and go the extra mile. Also got a buddy that has a Mack truck coming in a few weeks and he is dealing with mr Robb also and he has been very happy . If you need a wrecker or snatch or rollback call Robb Lowe is will get u fixed up . Now to the owner of Atlantic wrecker give that man a bonus he is the man 🤙🏻

We are a Maine based company that needed a fleet of Roll backs, I called Atlanta Wrecker sales South Carolina location and spoke to salesman Sherard. We told him want we needed and he made it happen very quickly. Awesome inventory and honest pricing, very Professional staff. We purchased a new Chevy 6500 Roll back, 2022 MV, and a 2022 Kenworth all within the last six months. Sherard was honest and very professional. We plan on doing more business with this company.
