Brought my mother’s 2012 GMC Yukon Denali for a program on the new transmission. First off; John at service desk was rude and blowing off what I had to say in regards to the work that had been done previously , like it’s a bother to him that a customer isn’t brain dead on what they know should be done and assessed and he has to do his job. Pretty much wants you to shut up and hand over the keys. Second, he calls to give me the news that they can’t program the transmission to the vehicle and says it has too much fluid which isn’t true. It’s a 6L80 which holds 12qts. Come to find out the internal pump isn’t pumping the fluid which is the rebuild shops fault. They proceed to pump the fluid out to where they think it should be. They charge $190 for “their time” and take multiple quarts of fluid out and never bothered to offer fresh fluid which should go without saying. In conclusion DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL JOHN IS A ASSHOLE!!!!

I have a 2019 chevy silverado 2500hd that had a bad ecm, with U0100 code loss communication with ecm. I had it checked and confirmed that it was a bad ecm. I bought a brand new one from them and put it on and everything started working except that it needed programming. They first told me I need 2 keys to get it programmed which they made me buy second key then started telling me they can't do it and that it needs abs module and it has wiring issues and they need to do diagnostic 175$ hours 3 hours maybe more and to get the program from gm manufacturer would be 1000$ or more. I took it to gmc dealer they got it programmed quickly and said that I don't need 2 keys to program ecm. Don't go here they'll rip you off like they did to me. There more to the story what they where trying to say just to much to write

I have a 2023 Chevy Express van that is leaking from the windshield. John at service first asked where we purchased the van. We did not purchase the vans here, as they couldn't/wouldn't sell any new vans to us in 2023, so we got them elsewhere. John then proceeded to tell us that they did not "have a glass operation" at their dealership, and they were unable to help us get warranty service on a faulty product on a Chevrolet vehicle. I would advise going anywhere other than here. Another dealer in town was happy to inspect the van, and if needed pay for and coordinate a replacement windshield under warranty with a third party glass company.
