Their service is phenomenal. They walked us through the whole process from the moment our car was hit through the insurance and coverage, and a rental, and returning our car in better shape than even before the accident. They make your car look sparkling and new. They are great with communication and helping you whenever you need. Even with the parts of the process they don't need to. Oh, and the car came out GREAT. I've used them for minor repairs or after a big accident and always impressed and cared for. Highly recommend. (I've taken at least 3 different vehicles there)

ARTIE’S COLLISION Had a car accident? Need a reliable and honest body shop? Then go to Artie’s Collision in Lawrence, NY. They do beautiful bodywork on the car. Your car will look brand new. You will never know it was in an accident. The owner, Junior and the manager Brian are honest and friendly people who will work with you together with your insurance company. All you need to do is call them if you are in an accident and they will take care of the rest!

Working with Andrew was a pleasure. He was at the right place at the right time at the scene of the accident and immediately helped me out with towing and a rental. Picked up my vehicle a few weeks later and it feels and looks brand new. Work quality and customer service is AAA+
