I broke down in Hone Depot parking lot with a bad starter. Each repair shop I called wanted to overcharge me being I was stuck and “needed help right away”, *****except Artie’s Auto Repair Westbury***** He towed me to his shop within 25 minutes and charged me the normal fee and didn’t try to take advantage of my situation. Since then I’ve a had other repairs done and was equally satisfied. I’m glad I met Artie and his crew. Good work, fair pricing with an honest leader equals happy customers. Thank you, Mitchell

I knew he would do a good job because a friend recommended him. My Honda 2016 a/c broke a couple months ago and I went to the dealer and was told the repairs would cost upwards of 2,000. Worse I had to pay $200 just to get my car back. Artie charged me $350 and diagnosed and finished the job in 3 hours. Definitely coming back, and I already recommended him to a few people.

I am new customer but my experiences have been positive. Artie is the honest and kind hearted owner and he and his guys do really good work. Solid quality work and fair prices keep his shop busy all the time. I plan to become a long time customer.
