Castle Collision Center - Westbury

I can’t say enough great things about Castle Collision. Mike assisted me and he was professional and organized. He kept in touch with me each step of the process and made sure I was aware of everything that the team was going to do to fix my car. This was the best service I’ve ever received from a body shop and I would highly recommend Castle Collision for any vehicle repair needs. Grace, who handled the administration and all the paperwork for me was also wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Overall, If I ever needed something else pertaining to my car, I would absolutely come here. They are transparent about the whole process, pricing, and just great people in general.

From start to finish, this was a top-shelf experience. The customer service is outstanding. My first encounter was with Grace who was extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. The place itself is clean, spacious and neatly organized. Owen handled my claim and patiently walked me through the process. A rental car was conveniently arranged for me. I was told the estimate to completion was 4 days and pleasantly surprised to find that to be the case, especially around the holidays! The work was flawless. I highly recommend Castle Collision.

Such a great experience with Owen at Castle Collision! I banged up my door pretty bad on my Lexus-- Owen was quick to help me out with an inspection, a quote, and the repair. Very reasonable price, and the customer service made the entire process way less stressful. I would go back to Owen/Castle Collision for any auto body repairs going forward for sure!!

Completely satisfied. They were so nice everybody. The whole staff that worked there. I felt so confident when I got my car back. It was so nicely cleaned from top to bottom inside and out and the work was done so efficiently. I can't say enough about how nice and compassionate they were. Doesn't make sense but it's a collision place. They were just so reassuring that everything would be done right. I will rate this as more than five stars and recommended to everybody that I know if they have to bring their car to a body shop for anything that needs to be done. Castle Collison worked with Traveler's Insurance to make sure my car repair was estimated accurately, work done perfectly and care returned to me one week after being dropped off on the day of the accident. I could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend the repair shop for any of your needs. PS: The care was detailed on return and sparkled! Well done Castle Collison.
