Anointed Auto Shop Customer Reviews

I gave this place two stars because although I didn’t have a good experience, they were able to complete the repair on my car. I was new to the area and found this place. I saw ok reviews. The fact the shop was called anointing auto wheeled me to ask for there help. I received a call from Kenny regarding the details of the repair, specifically I asked him if the estimate he provided included taxes, fees and labor. Because I wouldn’t like for him to tell me one thing, and when I get to the counter to pay it’s a different amount. Of course, once I got to the counter to pay, he gives me a different amount. After arguing with him why he inconvenienced me when I asked him before I came so I could be prepared all he could say was he never told me what taxes were. He was not able to calculate that until he completed the transaction. To remedy the situation, he offered to call the head manager to see what he could do. I told Kenny my overall issue is his lack of communication. Don’t tell me one thing and the next time it’s different. Just say you won’t know until it’s time to check out. His manager offered 20 bucks off my total. I paid over a grand for the repair and taking 20 off the bill was nothing. I gave him his cash and left. I went to inspect my car, and I noticed it was not in the condition I left them with. I had brand new light colored Mercedes mats. They were dirty. They did not have courtesy and use mat protectors when they got in my car. They were so dirty they had to be replaced. In addition, there was an Arizona juice can in the backseat on the floor crunch up. Is this how you take care of your customers?? Common courtesy says to keep the cars clean if that’s the condition they came in. I don’t know why they were inside my car when they were repairing my struts. Further more, they had no reason to be in my trunk. But the back of my trunk case where my extra battery and fuse box lies was completely taken off. They didn’t put it back on. My dealership car cover that was two days old was also missing. I will never visit this place again. They need to reconsider there name. Even the devil walks around in sheep’s clothing. As always going to any shop is a risk. I was tricked by the anointing.

Professional good honest people. Another local shop had told me I needed a driver's side wheel bearing but Anointed Auto Repair found that it was the passenger side instead. Saved me money and the price was reasonable. Will be back.

This place will try and scam you! I brought my jeep in for work to be done and it was given back to me with a broken throttle cable. They insisted that it must have been like that when I brought it in and I ensured them this was not the case, my pedal was all the way down to the floor when they gave it back to me, their solution was zip tying it. They fixed my door and did not put the key lock back on and just put it in the cup holder then when my husband told them it needed to be put back on they claimed it was not our lock and it must have been someone else's lock! We refused to have them finish the work on our car and are going to take it to a real mechanic shop! Do not take your car here, they will try and get more money out of you and break things on your car that were not broken before hand.

NO! Just take my word for it, No! There were two items broken on the inside of the vehicle that I was not informed of... they know they did it, but kept quiet about everything; including a dent and scratches in areas on the outside that were not there prior to me dropping it off. There was something I had left inside that was stolen, but in their words "it's not possible". Had multiple other issues with their shady business practices, but I have spent far to much time on this dreadful situation as it stands and think you get my point. I won't be back here, EVER AGAIN!
