  • **Service Coupons and Discounts:** Many independent repair shops provide occasional coupons or special offers on their websites, social media, or through local mailers. These could include discounts on specific services like oil changes, brake inspections, or alignments, or a percentage off a total repair bill for new or returning customers.
  • **Seasonal Maintenance Specials:** Promotions often align with seasonal vehicle needs, such as discounts on pre-winter inspections (battery check, fluid top-offs) or AC performance checks before summer.
  • **Referral Programs:** Satisfied customers, who are often their best advertisers, might be encouraged to refer new clients through word-of-mouth, sometimes with an informal or formal incentive for both the referrer and the new customer.
  • **Loyalty Programs:** While not always a formalized points system, the emphasis on building long-term customer relationships and repeat business acts as a strong loyalty incentive, where consistent positive experiences naturally lead to continued patronage and recommendations.
  • **Online Appointment Scheduling:** Offering the convenience of requesting service appointments online through their website is a soft promotion, attracting busy customers looking for ease of access.
  • **Showcasing Customer Testimonials:** Featuring positive customer reviews and testimonials prominently on their website or social media platforms serves as a powerful form of promotion, building trust and credibility with potential new clients based on proven satisfaction.
  • **Community Engagement:** As a local business, active participation or support for community events can enhance their visibility and reputation, indirectly serving as a promotional strategy.

One of the best small shops around. Great work, never had an issue and the prices are very reasonable. Quick turn overs and they know how to talk to their customers. 10/10

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, and now that everything is settled I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful my experience was with Angelo’s. My transmission went and this shop went out of their way to help me find the cheapest options, explained everything to me in thorough detail, and they were invested in the best outcome for me. I truly cannot recommend this shop enough. They will not try to rip you off or get you for an extra cost. 10/10 experience!

Save your money and go elsewhere. I took my wife’s car here because her ABS light. After a couple of days I called and was told it needed a whole new ABS module and the connector which will come up to $1000 to $1300. And Joe insisted on replacing it with a part from a junkyard. After almost a week of waiting for them to even find the part Joe tells me they received the wrong part and it would be another week. I decided to go elsewhere and asked him to have the car ready for me and gave him way over 3 hours to have it ready. And guess what, it wasn’t ready. So I arrived at a new mechanics shop and I find out that Angelo’s Townline forgot to reinstall my antifreeze reservoir. so I called them and they tell me the mechanic left for the day. I will have to call back tomorrow. So the next day I call and the mechanic insist that he left it unattached but next to the engine. After going back and forth I go back to the shop and show them and the mechanic says “oh you have a V6 there’s no room to leave it so I must’ve taking it out” and goes and finally finds it in his shop. Wow, Any mechanic who gives you back your car and doesn’t put it back together correctly and fights you on it should be questioned if they really know what they’re doing? So maybe I just had bad luck with Angelo’s towline. But nonetheless here is my warning, proceed with caution!
