Very Inexperienced mechanics . Poor quality repairs. They need to learn that if they dont know how to do the repair properly, they shouldn't try to repair trailer issues ATLEAST one of the 5 star reviews is done by one of their employees Would never and will never recommend this company to anyone I know. Seen lots of bad repairs that needed to be redone

Great service and friendly people to deal with. Broke down this moring in the London area and I'm from out of town. Service guy was at my truck in 30 minutes. Found issue and helped limp truck back to their shop where he began repair immediately. Was back on the road in a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

Butcher shop! Over priced! Dont stand behind their work! Brought my truck in to have driver side manifold replaced, Quote $600-$800. Five days later I can pick up my truck and get a $1900.00 bill saying "It was a pain to get off". Truck was still leaking from the side they "fixed". I refused to pay till it was fixed properly, they said that is as good as it will get for that price. For another $1500 they can make it quiet. Unsatisfied and in need of my truck, I paid the bill. The side they fixed got louder and worse. Took the truck to another shop for a second opinion. After puting it on the hoiset they called me in to show me all that was wrong, and asked me again where the work was done. Manifold bolts weren't tightened up, no gasket put in and muffler puddy used to seal manifold to down pipe. Long story short overpriced garbage work. My friend also had bad experiance when they changed his wheel bearing the didnt tighten the axle nut. Cost him a tire, ball joint and had to get the wheel bearing replaced again after being installed for 4 months. I wouldn't even have my daughters powerwheels serviced here.

They tell you that the part needs to be changed while it is not, and then they suggest buying a new part; once you say yes, they will get your working old part and sell it, then buy an old used part while informing you it is a new part. They are a group of thieves and cheaters.
