Horrendous customer service. Ordered a bed cover, and it arrived with the wrong hardware. Additionally, it arrived broken. After initially reaching out to customer service, they said they would send a new part. It never came. I tried to then return it, and was given a window to take pictures of the item and return it. During that time, I got injured, and was unable to take the requested pictures, even though there were already pictures shared in the initial customer service chat. When I healed, I reached back out to customer service and the agent (Sumit Prajapati) was incredibly rude and refused to assist me with the return. I now have a broken bed cover which does not even fit my truck, and American Trucks has $656 of mine. One interaction is all it took to go from being a repeat customer to a customer no more.
