I wish I remembered his name. Our driver was professional, kind and knowledgeable! He was familiar with the area, as we were not. He was able to answer our questions and give us some guidance. We are Very satisfied!!!!!

Used my 200 mile AAA tow with zen-like peace of mind instead of panic in an emergency having been stuck between Vegas and Barstow on a Saturday night on a 3 day weekend. It was American Towing to the rescue, dispatched within 35’ from Barstow. Very organized & receiving text & human speaking on the phone (WOW) from the company with Reuben confirming ETA, & arriving promptly. Reuben was professional and skillful in securing the vehicle to the flatbed. Reuben safely drove us in his clean cab for several hours on the road. Thank you, American Towing.

The driver found me in the pitch black! He didn't give up. I forgot his name but he was courteous & professional. I live in a really rural area & I'm just happy he took the time to look til he saw me. Most people get impatient & leave. Thank you.

Eduardo Luna, I have so much great things to say about this man. He is so kind and very knowledgeable of what he does. He is just an angel in disguise. He made the ride from Fort Irwin to Palmdale very smooth and learned a lot of new things from him. Definitely had a great customer service, we need more people like him! Just so positive and just a good vibe to have! Thank you so much Mr. Luna be safe always!
