Robert Mendoza helped us in a crisis, we were on our way to board a cruise when our battery failed. He was extremely kind and helpful and accommodating. He installed our new battery into our truck pronto!! He was so efficient, his smile calmed our nerves, and he helped us on our way. We offered him a tip but he would not take it. This man is honest, skilled, and very polite. He used his own tools to install our battery. This is one employee that needs to be praised, and given a big fat raise as well!

Austin K helped fix my battery- tested it, which showed it was still good, and helped me clean my terminals and fix the problem! I work in remote places so car troubles can become life threatening. I trust this place- so helpful and kind! I love it when people are so nice it restores my hope in the world. Thank you Austin!

Had the guys at Autozone run their diagnostics tool on my Tacoma. It was an engine problem that was beyond my own capabilities and they gave me the name of a great mechanic who really knew his stuff! So thankful for Autozone in Barstow!
