Absolutely the best tire service I ever received. I had a blowout and they came to get my spare on and sold me a replacement - mind you, after hours when they totally didn't have to. They are more concerned about your well-being and doing a great job than getting home - I highly recommend this shop. A dozen stars if I could, Absolutely fantastic people. I was 800 miles from home and would have been stuck if they hadn't come to my rescue.

i had a random flat tire and needed to be at an appointment at 1130am Rico gave me hope as far as not having to stress over a new tire he was able to fix my tire in time for me to get to my appointment. my main concern going in was I didn’t have the funds to get a new tire the flat tire was such a random moment but Rico gave me so many options to help me and was able to just fix up my tire. his service was very welcoming and considerate beyond amazing quality of customer service I went in stressed and nervous walked out happy! definitely will be back to just get the new tire thank you Rico!!

I took 2 vehicles here with no tire sensors on. We had a conversation about there being no lights on on the dashboard.After picking it up of course there was a light on. They told me I had to drive it around so 2 days later I took it back. They said they had to restart something in the computer that didn’t happen for some reason. Ask me to bring it back, I did. Then they said the battery for the tire sensor must have went out at the time the replaced my tires, how convenient. Well to this day the light is still on.

Scuffed my expensive rims! I had an appointment at 4:15 PM to replace 4 tires and I end up leaving around 6:30 PM. As I’m walking towards my car, I notice scuffs around 3 of my wheels that were not there prior. The techs were banging them with hammers to remove the wheel and I could hear all of the commotion from inside the shop. Manager Eduardo promised to make it right and have my wheels replaced which I appreciated and told me to return the next day. I arrive the next day and another manager overrides his decision and only offers me a small discount instead of replacing wheels. I had to go back and forth to at least get a discount that would cover the repair for the wheels. It sucks because I trusted this shop and drove 30 miles because I wanted to give them my business only for it to come back and bite me. If you have a nice set of wheels avoid this place like the plague! Below is a photo of my wheels before and after the shop got done with them. Zoom in and take a look.

Great prices fast service the only thing is every time I have my tires worked on whenever I leave my tire light comes on and it's always the sensors on my tires that aren't properly adjusted whenever they work on my tires so now I'm back on the road on my way out of state 22 hour drive but I have to find another American tire on my way so I can have my tires sensors adjusted but other than that they're great

so I went into this place to get my rear tires checked for squeaking and he inspected and then he told me that I needed tons of things done to my car, it would 750 dollars, and said if I do not get it fixed he could not release my car to me! After having a dispute with him he somehow dropped it to 575? I paid and left, and it was still squeaking! Called and explained, and then they said I would need to pay another 100 dollars to get it fixed! Never went back. All I can say be careful with this place and what they check. They are very money hungry and as a worker don't bring God into this conversation when you are trying bill me for more money.

I went there for a full inspection since I’ve been having a lot of problems with my car. I explained my concerns to them and I felt assured they would do a thorough job. The service is great and they made sure to answer any questions I had. The wait time is a bit long but the quality of their work is worth it!
