Yesterday, I walked in the store and got information about me tires knowing that I need to change a complete sets of tires. Got a reasonable quote and ordered. And today. I got the new tires . Great job and speeding service. Highly recommend Ed.

WORST TIRE SHOP AROUND!! Came for a simple tire rotation on my vehicle and the mechanic stripped my studs trying to remove One wheel!! Then immediately tells me “WHOEVER PUT THE WHEELS ON PUT THEM ON WRONG AN THERE RESPONSIBLE, YOU CAN PAY US TO REPLACE THE STUDS, OR FORCE 3 or 4 ON TO DRIVE TO THE SHOP THAT PUT THEM ON, OR HAVE IT TOWED”! Pretty crazy to me the mechanic didn’t stop on lug nut #1 if they were ALL stripped. Why take off all 8? Now my truck is stuck in the air I’m liable to pay for all the parts and labor. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Even the owner was super unprofessional. Sad to see places like this stay in business ripping people off.

The tires were affordable. The customer service was perfect and the experience was all around enjoyable. Nobody likes to have to go get work done on their car, but at least coming to a place like here. You know that you’re in good hands. The guys here are good people and trustworthy. I don’t go anywhere else for my tires.

JUSTIN DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB! A+++ PROFESSIONALISM. PROMPT. CLEAR. QUICK. GREAT VALUE. I CALLED IN AND JUSTIN ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. I HAD WANTED A TIRE REPLACED AND HE QUOTED A PERFECT PRICE AND TOLD ME TO COME DOWN. I CAME DOWN, IMMEDIATELY GREETED ME AND WAS VERY PROMPT. WROTE UP MY CAR AND WITHIN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES I WAS ON MY WAY. ASKED ME IF I WANTED SOME REFRESHMENTS AND I DROPPED OFF THE CAR. JUST MINUTES LATER WHILE AT HOME HE CALLED AND MY CAR WAS DONE!!! SUPER FAST AND QUALITY SERVICE. AND THE STORE WAS BUSY BUT JUSTIN MANAGED TO SQUEEZE ME IN AND GOT IT DONE FLAWLESSLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.CLEARLY, I PAID AND LEFT THERE SMILING. THANK YOU AGAIN JUSTIN AND AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT GLENDORA!!!!

Great price for 4 tires compared to other dealers. Service was quick. Installed in 1 hour and was seen earlier than my appointment.
