Excellent staff and a very clean facility. I made an appointment and purchased my tires before coming in to avoid long wait times. Before my car was even parked, someone was outside ready to greet me. I was assisted 20 min before my actual appointment time, meaning my car was done way before I expected. The associate assisting me even helped me get a very large refund because my tires were covered by the added warranty. It was a fantastic experience and I will continue to patronize this location and company.

Excellent customer service, I stopped in to purchase a set of tires. Was happy to learn that I can pressure check and fill my tires here as is needed, as well as having tires balanced and rotated at no extra charge (part of tire purchase). Was in and it in less than an hour.

I've been coming here for many years. They always do a great job. They changed 3 tires and they fixed my flat today, this places is very affordable and professional, I'm very grateful and thankful to Erin and everyone here.

Joseph is an excellent staff member who patiently and carefully addressed all my questions. Even though I was a walk-in, I didn’t have to wait long. This is my second time getting tires replaced at American Tires, and overall, I'm very pleased with their quick, comfortable, and professional service. I will definitely come back in the future.

I went here twice this year, it was unfortunate to get flat tire twice but I am very happy to give this store a five star here (no one asked me to do so). warm and polite staff, fast and efficient services. They didn't even charge me for service for the second visit, although it was a totally different car from the first time.
