American Autobody Big Bear

My car has been here for 3 months and they refuse to work on it. They keep lying to me by telling me they are waiting for parts. Looking at other reviews this is a common excuse they give to extend how long they keep your car. I was told 2 weeks ago that they had all of the parts and my car would be done in another week. They keep lying to me and keep dragging this out. 3 months is long enough. I do not appreciate being lied to. I will never use this shop again and I recommend to take your car somewhere else. I wish I would have looked at reviews before I took my car here. I can now see it is common for them to blame their delays on waiting for parts.

The car handles great! Only problem was length of time it took. Apparently the dealership kept sending the wrong parts. Otherwise very happy!!!

American Auto is the best shop i've ever been to. I took my truck in to repair my bumper and the owner was incredible, and the guys took care of me. I was in and out in a timely manner an treated me like family. After the did incredible repair then painted the back brand new and even washed and cleaned my truck. Now thats service! If you need your car fixed this is the best place to go. I'll always go back.

Over 8 months with my vehicle Do not use this shop!!! Every week oh its gonna be done, never done and what a sloppy job of what they did Be careful people i domt wrote reviews but this is ridiculous! Suing this incompetent shop!

The work was expertly done, my car looks like new. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only complaint is the repair took much longer than expected and the staff did not reach out to let me know about the delay. I always had to call in to get an update.
