I like the guy who works there. He made sure I didn't needlessly buy an item. Not a great selection on vehicle items that appeal to us mountain folk but I digress. It's definitely small but they'll help you out of a pinch.

Passing though town. Ordered parts that morning and was able to get parts by end of day. Super fast ability to get parts and things you need. Gentleman at the counter and over the phone knew what he was talking about and was very funny.

SUPER HELPFUL!!!! Amazing guy, helped me & my boyfriend after seeing us struggle to put oil in our car 😂 lemurs us a funnel & towel. Would highly recommend

Always the excellent service! For example, I called today to ask about a car battery shown in-stock on the Napa website to verify it was accurate. I spoke with Scott on the phone who informed me that unfortunately they currently did not have one available. Before having the time to even ask if the next closest store that did have one available he said that he was going to see if he could have one delivered today. Calling a neighboring store he was able to have one brought before closing and I was able to make the purchase on the same day. This may not always be possible for every part or component however I know the team at this Napa store always does their best to help out a their customers and their neighbors.

AVOID: do NOT buy snow chains from this place; they sold me a terrible spring loaded snow chain (Tire Chains Cable Security Chain) ; on the way back we hit snow, it was difficult to put on but i managed it, 3miles down the hill, both right and left chains broke , hit the break fluid pipes, broke them both and i was stranded in the top; i had to pay $1,100 to DONS to tow me back to LA, and it will cost me $600 to get the damage fixed, total $1700 they owe me. BTW. their website shows the price st $69 but they charged me $100+tax. I am just luck to be alive.

During my trip to Big Bear my car showed check engine light. It was Sunday and we came at 15:59pm just one minute prior shop closing.Zach was extremely professional and helped me.He found best solution for me helped check oil and sold proper equipment and parts to continue my trip. Appreciate you Zach! You’re the best!
