Amato’s does quality work. My service manager Kelly was excellent, friendly, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Carlos the GM makes everything happen. Very professional demeanor and would recommend Amatos’s to everyone.

Amato’s is amazing, my car is perfect. They even had Xmas music playing on the radio when I picked it up and left a Porsche mouse pad in the car as a gift. I had roof racks on and didn’t have a key and they called a locksmith to make a key and included the key when I picked it up. They are all very nice and always updated me. That being said - and I won’t go anywhere else for repairs as I trust them to do a complete and total job - I did knock off one star due to the fact that they had my car for almost 4 months. I was rear ended and it shouldn’t have taken that long. They said they ordered the wrong impact bar and it took a couple of weeks to get the first and then a couple of weeks to get the second. Then as it was going to paint they discovered the repaired back hatch failed and had to order a new one to install. I get that they had to work with insurance and do what they approved first but 4 months is just ridiculous. Thank god I had another car to drive. That is the only reason I gave four stars and I wish I could do 4 1/2. They are the best around and certified with Porsche. They also don’t ever compromise and go to bat for you with insurance.

I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop! After my Tesla was damaged in an accident, I was really concerned about finding a place that could handle the repair with the level of precision it needed. From the moment I walked in, the team here put my mind at ease. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process. Not only did they fix the damage, but they brought my Tesla back in better condition than it was before the accident! The attention to detail was impeccable, it’s as if nothing happened to my car to begin with. The team kept me informed throughout, ensuring I knew what was happening at every stage. They clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows. The customer service and communication was top-notch, and I truly felt like a valued customer. I have to give special thanks to Zane for being there from start to finish. My entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and my car looks amazing! If you need an auto body shop that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

I needed some small work done on my Tesla Model X and reached out to a few different auto body shops. Amato's responded the quickest, were the most helpful (and ACTUALLY listened to my needs/ read my email, versus sending a canned response), had the best prices, and were the most honest about what repairs were necessary vs. not. They also were super quick to get the work done, and checked in a couple weeks later to ensure I was satisfied. I'm so glad I found them, because now Amato's will be my go-to shop for all my car needs!

Amato’s Auto Body Shop is a top notch business. My service provider was Zane, and he has expert knowledge about cars and the entire restoration process. He is professional, polite and timely. I knew what to expect and he and his team delivered my car in amazing new condition. They were helpful with arranging a rental car as well. I am very happy with the work that was done, and I would highly recommend Amato’s and Zane for your auto body needs in the future.

My experience with Amato's Auto Body was exceptional! From the first phone call to the time I pick up my car they were amazing. Communication, kindness, professionalism, integrity, understanding, skills, greatness from the office to the shop. I have taken my cars during the years to many places and every time upon done work, there was so much problems and slappiness that made me frustrated and wondering can anyone do a good job. Than friend recommended Amato's Auto Body and I have found my place to go to if I ever have a problem. My son gave me a ride to them and when we arrived he said: mom this is the best possible place that you could take your car to. And it is! On the scale from 0 to 5 i am giving them 7! We had a rough start, with my guy misrepresenting timing on parts, and not following up or Service Reps not responding to emails or messages. However, once I connected with Kelly and Carlos, I got the straight scoop, learned what to expect, and they expedited repair of my Lexus. The car was delivered by Kelly, going above and beyond, with a follow up appointment for a final fix. Overall, it was quality work, but took an extended period of time from what was initially stated (6+ weeks).
