ABX Collision Center

I am so pleased with ABX Collision Center and highly recommended them!! My rear bumper was hanging a quarter of the way off due to a Hit and Run! I have an older car and just needed it to be safe for the road. I called ABX and spoke with Dawn who was friendly and professional as she advised me to stop in any time for an estimate. I did just that and John, the Owner, looked at my bumper and said he could fix it in a few minutes!! He popped it in place where he could and secured the rest with an electric screwdriver. I was so thrilled to know it could be repaired and did not need to be replaced!! On top of that, he did it at no charge!! I couldn’t believe it!! I offered some money for everything he did for me and he still declined while saying he was happy to help me! John is skilled, kind, generous and honest!! After someone damaged my car without caring enough to leave a note taking responsibility, I then had the good fortune of John at ABX with his kindness and generosity. I’m forever grateful! Save time and headache and just take your car or truck/SUV here for repairs. Most honest and hardworking mechanics in San Diego. My car was hit by a driver with no insurance and John the manager at ABX took great care of me. One of the Ford's parts he ordered came in bent and he drove up to Irvine to get the only other one that was available in the US. They work with all insurance companies and their pricing was right on. This is the best place to go is their Sorrento Valley location. My SUV came back looking better than I left it as they washed and detailed it for me. See my before and after photos.

Could not be happier with my repairs. I was rear-ended by an idiot kid and this really shook things up with my work/logisitcs, etc. ABX was able to procure genuine OEM parts to make my car as close to new as it was before. While I hate insurance and All State is terrible, thank goodness they at least partner with a trusted business who clearly knows what they are doing, exceeding my expectations along the way with communication, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service. If you too get hit by an idiot, don't hesitate to choose ABX, they also guarantee repairs for the lifetime ownership of the car. Hopefully I'll never need to see them again :)

Jonathan was so easy to work with and so efficient. He got my car in and out in no time and he made the process of a repair as easy as something like that can go. I highly recommend this body shop.

Great place. We worked with Edgar, and I have to say the service was fantastic. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and gave consistent updates. No complaints about the quality of work on my car as well. Would definitely recommend!!
