Ramon fixed my car in the past was satisfied with his service. This week I had my car breakdown and called in advance to see if car could be repaired. Jesse agreed to have car towed in, my car sat in their garage for 3 days without any word from mechanic called several times for update no response. On the 3rd day called again and was advised mechanic not available to talk left a message to return my call. Finally heard from them to be advised that they were backed with work and that car would be looked at on Tuesday. Extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration for their clients. I ended up towing my car back home and lucky to find someone to repair my car at home same day. Thanks for nothing Alternative Autocare. If you continue on on treating your clients this way you will have no clients. I suggest you brush up on you business practices.

Took my care their. A week later he decides to get around to looking at it. In the process breaks my 02 sensor. When he gives me the quote he tries to sneak in a 75 dollar charge just for "looking at my car. That would e been ok if he told me up front.... But he did not. After telling him I had an issue he yelled at me over the phone, tells me to pick up my car and never come back. Would give it 0stars if I could

I will only take my cars to the Alternative Auto Care team. Some say it is sometimes impossible to find an honest auto mechanic and if you find one then hold on to them forever!
