Horrible expirence with the call center for this location, the member from this company that answer the phone & lie to me about availability for tires i needed today for one of my customers, I had to drive all the way to the Tampa location by 301 so I can then be told 4 more different versions about the availability for this tires: 1) I was told the order was place trough for delivery (not will call for me to pick them up) & that the tires were getting pull as we speak and they will just give me the tires when they get pulled. 2) I was told the 2 of the 3 tires were coming from Orlando and they only had 1 in this warehouse. 3) I was told that another customer must have gotten this tires right before I did and there was only 1 tire left. 4) I was told the 2 tires were at Fort Lauderdale and they only have 1 for me at the warehouse. After I left the US AutoForce warehouse with no tires, I called the orders process department to cancel the order, hopefully that got done as I was told and proceed to ask them to have my area sales representative to call me so we can tune things up to make sure this doesn't happen again but I was told that we don't have area sales representative. I had similar issues like this before but I believe in giving others chances because things happen but this has just become a habit with this business so for now on I will be given majority of my business to NTW and Tire Hub. Get better US AutoForce because you are loosing business and money doing business this way.

It's a new compound. very spacious for large trucks to back into a dock. Only one thing! There's no signal lights at the dock
