Their service department could use some work on communication. Our truck was completed, and I had to call to find this out. The rental department does a great job from pickup to return.

I had a customer purchase a part from this dealer to be shipped to me. The part never showed up. The parts manager Dave called me a liar. I asked repeatedly to speak to his manager and he refused. He was rude, condescending, and talked over the top of me every time he asked me a question. After calling other locations and finally speaking to his boss to resolve this, he shipped to the wrong zip code in the first place.

Bought a really nice truck with under 500 000 miles for about 1/2 of market value. They even took it to the Volvo dealer and had a complete service done and repairs made.. Best truck I've ever owned.. It's already paid off and and still in perfect condition with just over 800,000 miles...
