Allied Service Center

Brought my 2015 Ram pickup to Allied Service Center for electrical issues. Mark and Jim said we will find the problem and we will fix it. Jesse the technician worked on it tirelessly checking wire after wire until he finally located the problem and successfully fixed it. He really did a great job with a very hard to locate issue. These guys are great, very professional and very customer oriented at a fair price. Really did me right. Would definitely go to them again. Long story short, the dealership wanted $1700 to bring in an engineer and tear down my car after I broke down on the freeway. I brought it to Mark at Allied Service Centers for a second opinion because I felt like the dealership was blowing smoke which Mark confirmed was accurate (within 48 hours) as my car needed a new transmission. I was back on the road within two weeks. Overall, my experience here was exceptional and I really appreciate the entire team. Thank you guys so much.

Mark was amazing and super kind to me and was very attentive and answered all of my questions with no judgment. This is the first place I’ve been to that didn’t make me feel stupid when it comes to my car and being a woman. I already knew what was going on with my car and I appreciate them being completely honest with me. I’m not trying to rip me off like auto shop typically do. They were able to take care of my car almost immediately, which was really amazing. Although I didn’t get to it, they do offer shuttle service to bring you home and pick you up when your car is ready which is awesome. I appreciate everything that was done for me and my car and I will definitely be returning for other repair services in the future. The positive reviews for this place helped me to feel more comfortable my car here. I am pleased that the diagnostic fee went towards repairs on my car. 100% recommend Allied auto service to anyone who needs to have their car looked at and repaired! I could say they are the best in Las Vegas.

Absolutely Impressed and Grateful for Service Provided.(Front Brakes and Rotors Removed and Replaced on my 2014 Audi Q5 Quattro 2.0 ) Arrived at 1:30pm without appointment with job being completed by 4:00pm. Excellent and Expedient Job. Fair and Reasonable Price. Thank You to Service Workers and especially the Mechanic. I will continue to have my car serviced with them in the future.

It’s nice to know that I can depend on the group of Allied that diagnosed my Mazda Pickup and the Ford Explorer, which I had purchased a couple of months back. Mark and Jim are both very nice and knowledgeable, and they are honest on issues of resolving and getting to the bottom of of repairs on the vehicles. A company you can trust. Thanks!

They have been the best by far when it comes to servicing my Mercedes E350. I always leave there completely satisfied and I have been going to them for a while. Allied is efficient, courteous and knows what they are doing when it comes to vehicles. I have not had any issues over the years. Plus, I have not found any other shop better than them. Thanks Allied, you guys are amazing!

I received prompt and excellent service. Josh, was very pleasant and answered all my questions. My car was ready withing a reasonable amount of time and all my concerns were addressed. I recommend this shop to anyone neediing repairs and/or service on their car.
