WOW JUST WOW. Absolutely the worst machine work i have even seen. They did a pre bore on my block of .060. Then they bored it for the sleave. They bored the sleeve to .030. Leaving a .015 lip at the bottom of the sleeve to the block bore. So the cylinder is .030 on top and .060 on the bottom. The bottom of the sleeve is a half inch above the bottom of the bore. The lip they left will destroy any piston skirt in minutes. The sleeve is not in the block square. There is a huge gap on tye top of the sleeve to the block and flush one the other side. And when they remove the old wrist pins from the rods they destroyed 1 connecting rod. Yes you pressed the pin so hard it scored the rod bore. So I am now out $1080 for the sleeveinstall and deck. $60 to replace a rod. $120 for having the block backed before I took it to them The time and gas for 3 500 mile round trips to their shop. It will not let me post pictures to thos reveiw. But they are on my profile here to show the horrible work.

Lied to me and tired to tell me they called me for weeks even though I didn’t have. A single missed call from them. Even went as far to leave a bad a review on my page. Even though we’ve done business in the past and never questioned them, and never didn’t pay. Not only didn’t they charge us a ridiculous amount more than they used to when we had done work with them in the past, but now they’re lying to me. I don’t know how you supposedly called for two weeks, and I didn’t see a single missed call from you guys, es Especially When I have your number saved in my phone. Something doesn’t make sense here. Sounds like someone trying to lie about the 5 plus weeks it took them to complete our engine work. I’ll definitely never waste my time going to this shop ever again

I wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Red and everyone at Accurate Machine. Have been using them for many years and always found them to be solution minded about everything they do. They’ve also worked with me when schedules are tight and always tell me which approach makes the most sense. They’ve kept so many engines alive and they have been reasonable at every turn with me. Good Machine work is hard to find but a good machine work done by people that actually care is harder to find. I will continue to use them and refer others as well. A quick visit to them will show you how popular and trusted they are. Thank you again!

Took a pair of duramax heads for valve job and decking , finally got around for installation . Valve stem seals were pressed to far in, now burns so much oil because not probably seated ..

Unfortunately there are a few poor comments (not everyone can be pleased), I have had nothing but great service and informative conversations with both Red and Gabe. These guys have generously given their time to thoroughly discuss what services they were supplying, the time frame involved, and reasonable costs of the project. The "open door" policy is amazing, the they have never been too busy to answer my questions or offer meaningful advise in the project(s) that I have or am working on. Nothing in life is ever really perfect, and projects often have things that have to be tweaked. I have found that by showing respect you will get respect. The guys at this shop are all about quality work and great customer service. Highly recommend!
