The accident happened Dec. 20th 2024.(hit and run rear-ended. My insurance company recommended this place, and I went in. They initially gave me a different turnaround time from when I actually picked up the vehicle. A little over 3 weeks roughly, which is still okay, but I would have appreciated knowing that information from the beginning so I can plan accordingly. The front desk did great keeping me updated twice a week. They also ran my car through the car wash, which is a freaken plus for me. The car was returned BEFORE the actual date that my insurance had on record, which is another plus. Before and after pics attached.

While I wish I didn’t have to take my cars in for repair, AZ driving and living makes that a bit tough. Fortunately, the team at Allard is top notch and had done excellent work. Their communication and customer service has been top tier and their work, did I mention it was excellent? My car looks brand new and has been finished early both times. Definitely 5 stars, 11 out of 10 would strongly recommend.

Allard Collision WAS a family-owned business; however, sometime around December 2023, it was bought out by a major conglomerate, OpenRoad Collision. I think the family that started the business built most of its reputation, not the current outfit running it. Allard was highly recommended to me, but no one knew they were bought out or merged. They fixed my Jeep, which was hit in the front end and snapped the front axle. The accident happened right after a hunting trip, and the Jeep had lots of mud on the undercarriage. Allard didn't even bother to clean the undercarriage, and mud was still packed everywhere. How could they inspect anything if it was covered by mud? The paintwork was not great, several plastic parts were damaged, one tire had multiple screws in it, one of the main screws in the front fender was missing, and the fender flares were attached with the wrong hardware. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, which was delayed several times, they could not deliver it because they forgot to replace the windshield after having it for at least a month. I had to wait until the following week to get it back. Overall, I was not impressed with Allard. It may have been that the staff was just getting used to running the place after the buyout or merger, but the front desk person actually told me they were too busy to return my call, after they took the Jeep in for repair! They also would not correct the final invoice, which I needed for court. The communication was poor, the place was very disorganized, and the repairs were average at best. I sold the Jeep and bought a new one.
