All-Tech Road Helpers | 24X7 on Call Introduce
All-Tech Road Helpers | 24X7 on Call is an automotive service provider situated at 2132 Lemoine Ave, Fort Lee, NJ 07024, USA. Operating within the general category of Auto Repair Stations, this business positions itself as a resource for vehicle owners, particularly with its "24X7 on Call" designation, suggesting availability for roadside assistance and emergency services. They can be reached by phone at (551) 900-2954 or on their mobile at +1 551-900-2954.
As an "on-call" service, All-Tech Road Helpers primarily implies a focus on mobile assistance rather than a traditional garage environment for all services. While they have a physical address, the "24X7 on Call" suggests a dispatch-based operation, where assistance is provided remotely or at the vehicle's location. This type of service is typically designed for breakdowns, towing needs, and perhaps minor on-the-spot repairs. For more extensive repairs, vehicles would likely be towed to their facility or a partner workshop. The nature of a 24/7 service means that their operational structure must be robust to handle emergencies at any time, requiring a team capable of dispatching help and providing initial guidance over the phone.
Based on the name "All-Tech Road Helpers | 24X7 on Call," the primary services would logically include:
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance: This is the most prominent service indicated by their name, suggesting help for various roadside issues such as flat tires, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and potentially minor mechanical fixes.
- Towing Services: For situations where a vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, towing to a repair facility would be a crucial service.
- General Auto Repair: The presence of "Auto Repair" in the name implies that they conduct standard vehicle maintenance and repair work at their physical location. This would include diagnostics, engine belt replacements, air conditioning repairs, and potentially state inspections, as mentioned in customer feedback.
- Vehicle Inspections: As noted in a customer review, they perform state inspections, which are a mandatory part of vehicle ownership in many areas to ensure roadworthiness and emission standards.
The "24X7 on Call" feature is a significant aspect of All-Tech Road Helpers, aiming to provide immediate assistance for unexpected vehicle issues. This round-the-clock availability is a critical need for drivers, especially those who may experience breakdowns outside of regular business hours or in remote locations. The concept of "Road Helpers" further emphasizes their role in assisting distressed motorists.
However, the provided customer reviews offer a critical perspective on the actual execution of these features and services. One customer recounts a highly negative experience with their roadside assistance, detailing communication failures from a "randomized call center" that led to incorrect information being relayed to tow truck drivers, inability to locate a vehicle using standard markers, and a mismatch in vehicle type dispatched for assistance (a van instead of a tow truck for a flat tire that didn't have a spare). This review points to significant issues in dispatch, coordination, and adherence to policy (regarding passenger transport in a tow truck). The customer's total cost of $400 for a tow after over 4 hours of waiting further highlights concerns about efficiency and pricing transparency.
A second, very serious customer review details a harrowing experience involving a car engine catching fire shortly after service at All-Tech Auto Repair. This customer describes a sequence of events: an initial state inspection, followed by an engine belt replacement, a follow-up inspection, and then an AC repair, all within a short period. Days after the AC repair, the car caught fire on a highway. The customer's account highlights significant concerns about the quality of the repair work and the safety implications. Furthermore, the review describes a highly aggressive and defensive response from a staff member named Juan when confronted about the incident, including denials of responsibility, threats of legal action, and abruptly hanging up. A subsequent call to "Erika" also resulted in a scripted denial of responsibility, refusal of refund, and ultimately being hung up on. The customer explicitly warns others to "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" and highlights a potential pattern by mentioning another Yelp reviewer with a similar smoking car incident after service. This strongly indicates a serious issue with customer service, accountability, and potentially the quality of repairs.
Based on the provided information, the primary promotional aspect of All-Tech Road Helpers is their "24X7 on Call" availability, aiming to convey a sense of constant readiness and support for roadside emergencies. This type of service is inherently marketed on its responsiveness and reliability. However, without positive customer testimonials or specific details about pricing structures, service guarantees, or any unique selling propositions beyond their availability, it is challenging to describe further promotional efforts. Any advertising would likely focus on their emergency assistance capabilities, attempting to attract customers in urgent need of help. Given the severe negative feedback, any promotional efforts would need to address these deeply rooted concerns about service quality and customer care.

Avoid at all costs. This is a randomized call center full of incompetent individuals. They do not relay the correct information to the tow truck drivers. They do not know how to locate a car on the highway when given mile markers, highway name, closest exit, direction of travel. They told the tow truck driver that my wife had a spare. She never said that, they show up with a van not a tow truck. Then she asks if she can ride in the tow truck, they say yes.... tow truck driver shows up and said that's against policy. Over 4hrs and $400 later...just for the tow.

DO NOT GO TO ALL TECH AUTO REPAIR!!!! My car engine was on fire in the highway ( FDR Drive) 3 days after getting my car serviced here!!!! I never had any issues with my car but was due for a state inspection. On June 1st, I went to All Tech for the inspection. They told us the engine belt should be replaced so we came back on June 2nd to get it done. We were told that we had to come back for another state inspection once replaced to ensure everything was fine. We were not sure why they couldn't do that at the same time but we ended up coming back on June 3rd. Two weeks later, the air conditioning stopped working. We went back on June 22nd to get it fixed. Three days later on June 25th, I was driving on the highway and started to smell something burning. Shortly after the smell, I noticed that the engine started smoking and then I saw flames. I managed pull over between the ramp on an exit lane and jumped out of the car into oncoming traffic to try to get to safety. I managed to cross the highway to a safe spot and called 911. While waiting for the police and fire department to come, I just watched my entire car go up in flames. The day my car burnt down, my daughter called all tech and spoke to Juan to review the work done on the car. He went though all the work and towards the end of the call became very defensive and aggressive. He denied all responsibility, wrongdoings, or lack of checks during the inspection. My daughter was very calm throughout the call and was just trying to understand why this happened. He ended up yelling at her and even threatening to sue us if we engaged any action against him and finally hang-up on her. My daugher called back to try to speak with someone else and managed to speak with the girl in the front. She said her name was Erika. She gave a scripted response of we did nothing wrong, I understand you came here 4 times in one month but we did nothing wrong and don't give refunds. After explaining that my car was on fire and that I almost died, she too hung up on my daughter after saying it wasn't her problem and to not get her involved! They have ZERO MORALS AND ETHICS!!! If you value your life and the safety of your family DO NOT GO TO ALL TECH AUTO REPAIR! I am taking the time to write this review to hopefully help someone avoid the trauma that I went through. Also to note: A yelp reviewer who was an all tech auto repair customer wrote that his car also started smoking while driving after getting service done there. He was stranded and needed to get his car towed. This is a pattern and multiple people have come forward with similar stories. STAY AWAY!

My car engine started overheating and I couldn't find a place nearby to buy coolant. I didn't want to keep driving and risk engine damage, but I spotted this place and stopped in to ask if they would sell me coolant. The man and woman were both very nice and refilled it for me for a good price, much appreciated.

Since moving to jersey, I’ve been looking for a tech with skills good enough to work on my old 2004 land cruiser. So far, Juan and his guys at All Tech, have not failed me. Everything from suspension work, to finicky brakes, these guys were able to do it. We have a long drive coming up and wanted to be sure we could make It there without incident, I feel good when leaving their shop, getting done I needed to get done to my truck. For any of my land cruiser brothers/sisters who are in need of a knowledgeable shop, not wanting to pay ripoff stealership prices, go to all tech. I have all terrain tires I need to get mounted so, I’ll be back soon. Thank you.
