I dropped my car off for some service work with about half a tank of gas- when it was time for me to get my car back it was empty!! When you sign the loaner agreement they tell you you are responsible for returning the vehicle back with the same gas level….yet here I am ready to pick up my car and I don’t even have enough gas to make it home!! It’s ridiculous and I will be bringing my car to the Hackensack location going forward.
